Masala Tori Sabzi - Restaurant Style Tori Recipe

Tori or luffa (sponge gourd) is a infamous but very delicious made in Pakistani households. Try this recipe and you will fall in love with tori.
Ingredients:
Tori/Luffa Vegetables 1kg
Oil/Ghee 1/2cup
Onion 4medium
Garlic 1tbs
Tomato 3medium
Green Chilies 3
Water 1/2cup
Salt 1tsp
Red Chili 1.25tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Coriander Powder 1.5tsp (or stacked 1tsp)
Cumin Whole 3/4tsp
Coriander Fresh
Kasuri Methi 1tsp
Green Chili for Garnish 1
