Well Angel, you said it, "its like a lottery bcuz you never know what your going to win!" You can pin that towel to the wall in your stream room (even though its been awhile since a PTW Livestream!) However, pretty happy for Crystal The Luck was definitely in her favor!!!

They had to do that as arcade channels are dying and they need a stream of revenue, so having like 4 channels is a smart option.

Honestly this set up is the biggest ripp off, your better of just buy the ticket directly at the counter as you get more of your value back rather than play for the claw.
