    How to make Khandvi at home? Watch MasterChef Tarla Dalal explain in hindi, the recipe & cooking method of Khandvi. Generally eaten as a snack, delicious Khandvi are traditionally a gujarati delicacy.
    Ingredients:
    1 Cup Besan (Bengal Gram Flour)
    1 Cup Fresh Curds (Dahi) Mixed With 1 1/2 Cups Of
    2 To 3 Drops Of Lemon Juice
    2 Tsp Ginger-Green Chilli Paste
    1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
    A Pinch Of Asafoetida (Hing)
    Salt To Taste
    3 1/4 Tsp Oil
    1 Tsp Mustard Seeds ( Rai / Sarson)
    1/4 Tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
    5 To 6 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
    1/2 Tsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies (Optional)
    For The Garnish:
    2 Tbsp Freshly Grated Coconut
    2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander (Dhania)
    Preparation Time: 5 Mins
    Cooking Time:10 - 12 Mins
    Makes: 25 - 30 Pieces

    You didn't show the main tricky part. How to spread it? The recipe is too simple and there are numerous videos for that and also available on Internet. Plus it's a traditional recipe so most people Know the recipe but only few are able to make it properly as not all are able to spread. You should have shared how to spread it.
