i enjoy thoroughly your videos very well done deserves to be broadcasted on tv , i am a francophone tamil living in reunion, i have already visited mauritius but you show all the nitty griity we omit to see
Yes in 2004 when I was in Mauritius with the whole family, whilst in the south we went to both chamarel waterfalls and Rochester falls. The seven coloured earth we also went to and the crocodile park also in the south. I think Chamarel is the better waterfall.
Your videos are great and even though I have been to Mauritius, 4 times, there are lots of things you have shown which I wasn't aware of. Regarding the little grottoes along the sides of roads, it was a bit of a guessing game as to what religion they might be, before getting close enough to see, usually Catholic or Hindu. And when my wife and I went to Mauritius in 1985, I was surprised to see KFC and McDonald's there. In fact we went to a KFC, I can't remember where, perhaps Curepipe, although it wasn't in Port Louis there were lots of dogs hanging around outside the KFC. Seems a continuing problem with the stray dogs and I'm a dog lover.
Thanks for your support John. Yes, the stray dogs are a bit of a problem here, but it's good to know that there are some people who care and who are trying to curb the problem.
Nice one Lucy. Enjoying these guided tour vids.
Thanks Robin. Taking a new direction - I hope it's in the right way?! :)

I definitely need to check out Rochester Falls as I've never been.
