This house will last at least 50 years, upto 150 years. A lot of house in Vietnam was built in 1920s and still stand today (my grandpa house, yes it stands like a rock under U.S B52 bombs) hahaha
@@letony93 Друг,может дом твоего дедушки и хороший и из хорошего кирпича,но тут в кирпич легко забивают гвозди.В хороший кирпич гвоздь не забьешь.Толщина шва кладки должна быть max-1,5 cm а тут 4cm.У вас там постоянно идут дожди,но где гидроизоляция фундамента от воды?Кирпич очень гигроскопичен и будет впитывать влагу по стене.

The way your building, is actually a commercial, retail. Type of building. Theyre a little more, depends on economics, population. But people make money renting . Anyways this looks like a five bedroom, I usually see bricks for office and business.
Why haven't you given horizontal beams after atleast every 3 feet when building the walls ? The horizontal beams would have helped in protecting the walls from failing completely and prevented major walls cracks during an earthquake.
Rebars of the column should not be cornered so much towards the edge. Thre rebars should be equally distanced within a column so that they remain mainly towards the left center, right center, left center, right center from the exact center of the column. Think of like the # symbol. Where the lines form joint in the hash symbol is where the rebars should be placed. If you place the rebar closer to the edge of the line of the symbol then the rebars will not be properly centred and equally distanced. This will affect the long term durability of the column. This will also affect the durability of the structure the higher you build the house. This will also affects the rebars ability to hold the concrete properly and affect both the tensile and ductility of the rebar during an earthquake. I hope the place where you live never gets any major quake or flooding issues. Because that rebar ain't gonna work long term. For the short term it may provide some protection from nature made calamities but over time it's going to be hell of a problem friend.
