The cup size I use: 200 ml !
Necessary materials:
2 tomatoes.
1/2 tablespoon of butter.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (30 ml).
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
100 grams of grated cheddar cheese.
2 eggs.
1 pinch of finely chopped parsley.

Аз от години я права тази рецепта по малко по-друг начин. Продуктите са общо взето съшите, само че яйцата ги бия да станат течни и ги изливам върху доматите както и малко ситно нарязан чесън, изчаквам малко да почнат да се готвят(стегнат) и ги покривам със ситно настърган кашкавал и отгоре поръсвам с риган слагам капака и готвя докато кашкавала се разтопи покрит с капак на среден огън. Става общо взето пица без тесто с лек привскус на чесан и е страхотно.

It's called shakshuka a Meditteranian recipe and we do this as well with my grandparents since we were kids as we had farm of tomatoes and poultry chicken eggs in our backyard . My grandmother really cook it so deliciously 👌😋🥰 we call it "kinamatisang itlog" in the Philippines ... Tomato is kamatis and egg is itlog 😊 thanks for sharing 🙏

Have you ever tried cooking 1/4ed tomatoes and spuds with sprinkle of salt, paprika, t/spn vinegar. First fried with ginger garlic paste and then cook with water. Then dress with parsley before serving.

Just made it and ate it. It was very good. Be careful the tomatoes take a little time to cool down a bit. I had it with toasted sourdough bread. Enjoyed it (Northwest USA)

That looks amazing! Though I would have left the oil out and used Land O Lakes real butter😜
And it looks like real butter was used too? Definitely seemed like it would be too much to have both the oil and butter and then cheese with more oil just to sit it in with the tomatoes. I would try it with maybe a quarter of the oil and butter used here. Looked delicious though.
