The red form is called Aquarion Sol, the blue is Aquarion Mars, the green is Aquarion Luna. The show is called Genesis of Aquarion. It's about a love story.
one of my favorite Robots of my teens, it inspired one of my favorite Lego transformer/combiners, where 3 robots traded off being the Head and Back, body and arms, and the Legs. they all were basically the same shape, similar to Faye's starship Red Tail from Cowboy Bebop, but they each had different Armaments that could be used in the Arm and Back configuration, and had different forms of movement in Leg configuration.

@@Gabyribeiro527_ honestly, I just think there is a bit missing for the blue. Either they could have modified the leg a bit or change the joint that connects the arms or make those joints less visible. If there was any modification, I would have considered changing my preference.
Quite incorrect: All three Vector machines are required to form Aquarion Luna (the green one) and Aquarion Mars (the blue one). The only Aquarion series where only two machines are needed for transformation is the much later Aquarion Logos.
Kids these days take toys for granted choosing technology and video games over amazing toys like this. I would have been so freaking happy as a kid if I had the toys that are available now but even so I was still extremely satisfied with the toys I had which were blocky and not accurate that broke easily.
Technically there should be 6 configurations in total. The 3 we know and love, then just swapping which one is the chest and which one is the legs XD First ones we have. - Red with Blue feet and green back - Blue with Green green feet and red back - Green with red red feet and blue back. Then just swap the chest and feet. - Red with Green feet and blue back. - Blue with Red feet and Green back - Green with Blue legs and Red Back.

Really got to give the designer props to be able to make all 3 to be able to reconfigure into all 3 mechs.
