    Kurt Angle never had a “5 star” match, so I think that tells you everything you need to know about Meltzer.

      Yeah I went back and watched some Angle matches and was like ooof… I think it’s because he moves weird with his broken neck - which gotta give him respect wrestling with a broken neck, at any level…. But that’s what I narrowed it down too.. the way he moves looks weird and makes the other talent work different to complement his style

      @@spangdeez498 wtf are you talking about? Lol I mean come on if that’s what he claims then that’s him desperately reaching to avoid the truth, he has favorites that kiss his ass and play stooge for him to write his garbage. How does the way someone move effect work rate? Let’s face it plenty of Meltzers favorites are anything but graceful and even worse some of them look awkward and anything but fluid. Besides if you don’t buy into Angle as legitimate then how can you buy into anyones work?

      @@Spooky_515 thought I was pretty clear, No? … When Kurt turns his neck- he has to turn his whole body because his neck is fused together… you can easily tell that when he wrestles… and when you get talent wrestle the old guys - you can always tell they let the older guys lead, as to not botch or hurt them .. but idk guess we watched two different Kurt’s wrestle 🤷🏽‍♂️ because he def does NOT move like someone without neck injuries

      @Spooky_515 2 роки тому

      @@spangdeez498 maybe I wasn’t clear, how does that matter? Plenty of wrestles have quirky nuances in the ring. How does that effect his legitimacy? We all know it’s a work anyways but moving oddly doesn’t effect his ability. He was a machine. Honestly I’ve never heard anyone complain about Angles in ring ability lmao. Austin moves like a gimp, doesn’t mean his matches weren’t entertaining

      If that’s true then wouldn’t that put the Benoit tragedy in new light? I mean they didn’t spend much time in examining a crime scene that had been effected by things like the heat being turned up to max which hinders investigators. I believe Benoit did it, I’m just saying if McMahon was exposed for a pay off in the Snuka case I’d have to rethink Benoit

      The guy leaving the company drops the belt to the next guy and doesn't get to decide who that is. Bret Hart knew that as well as anyone.
      But even at that, he didn't actually have to "lose" to Shawn. He only had to agree to get screwed by Vince McMahon without actually losing to Shawn at all.
      In "Bret Hart: WCW Was Garbage", he says specifically that he would have been "open-minded" to such an ending.

      I’ve wondered about Owen myself. It’s strange he blew that piledriver on Austin to said degree. Especially given the timing, just as Steve was blowing past him and his family in the pecking order. Austin himself said Owen never once reached out to him, again uncharacteristic, especially from the Hart family. McMahon took it as an attempt at killing off his company and dropped him. Didn’t Owen die of a broken neck?

    • @jonathancrosby2959
      @jonathancrosby2959 Рік тому

      @@Spooky_515 Owen probably broke about half the bones or more in his body when he hit the ring, you gotta remember, under that mat is a bunch of metal rods and wood holding the whole thing together, so it's not a trampoline, so he probably broke about half of his bones when he landed. Probably even cracked his skull. Either a broken neck or blunt force trauma is how he died.

    The main ones I remember hearing as a kid were that Kane and Undertaker were several different people. It was kind of plausible for Kane given that back in the day, kafabe was somewhat relevant and he wore a mask (and arguably true if you count Undertaker wearing his costume once and the thing with Luke Gallows being the fake Kane), not to mention different body transformations. For Undertaker tho, he always still looked like himself even back to the Mean Mark days so this just struck me as being silly.
