@@pheaktra_yeah, sparrows are the worst top tier missile, and most unreliable, it's better to just bring it missiles like he does. I personally run 1 sparrows to take care of the high flying f14s tho
@@cookiecracker2 they are definitely not the worst toptier missle that would be the skyflash the sparrow 7f/7m is the second best SARH in the game its just its still so dogshit in comparison to the r27-er

He’s shooting it when they’re focused on some one else. Or not really paying attention so they flare late.

I can't say which is the best because they all have good qualities, the ADF/MLU are very good in energy retention and the initial block 10 are extremely strong in 1 circle fights, and the block 10 have differences between them, the Netz it has a much stronger missile than an AIM-9L, the F-16AJ is a block 10 with fox-1, so it's up to you to say which one is best for you

The performance of the AIM-9L can vary depending on the target and also the aspect. If you keep this in mind, you will be able to have more efficient launches. For example, in a rear-aspect shot, the AIM-9L can ignore the flares of a Mirage 2000 or an F-16 at about 1km, or even more depending on the aspect. However, against a Phantom from 2.5km, there isn’t much that can be done. Through study, patience, and experience, you will become better and better! :)
