I can’t imagine being 28, having a husband and that’s what he’s doing for me. Having a commode sitting by my bed. Not being able to wash myself etc.. etc…. What kind of marriage would that be??!! Plus the way she treats her husband is completely abusive.. she’s a horrible human being!

You would be surprised at how many are. I nursed for 35 years and can honestly say caring for 400 lb patients trashed my back. Most of them are on lasix or other drugs that make th em pee a lot , frequently! I am surprised at the lack of lift equipment in the rooms. When we did it, it was a game changer. It didn’t completely solve the problem, and you still have to manage to move around all that weight.

I’ve seen Lola in passing, I had to go to the clinic where she worked for testing for Autism. She is like a Black Barbie doll. She also has the sweetest voice. I would love to have a therapist like her. My therapist is pretty amazing. Lola is definitely a sweetheart.
As an alcoholic in recovery, I know it’s not quite the same but addiction is addiction. The analogy about “needing to climb Mount Everest but you can’t make it a flight of stairs” just hit me. Great way to describe it.

My kids dad is addicted to pills. He would get high and talk about starting businesses, and how all his friends who have businesses got the ideas from him. I could always tell when he was high because that’s was the only time he had aspirations. One day he came in the room and started talking about starting businesses and I asked him was he high. He asked me why I asked and I said “because you don’t even have a job and you’re talking about starting businesses”. I think that was a moment for him to realize how crazy he was sounding. We’re not together anymore but it was crazy watching him go through these roller coaster moments

In recovery now myself- I think disordered eating and disordered drinking have a LOT in common- and societal enabling is a big piece of that. You can’t go outside or socialize much without being hit in the face with ads/pressure to drink this cocktail or eat that new fast food. It’s a major re-adjustment to your thinking just to get up that first flight of stairs..
I had 12 surgeries and ended up with a pain pill addiction… I had to do rehab twice and I also see the similarities to food addiction. While I was in treatment I developed an eating disorder but mine was not eating.
I find it amazing that so many co-dependent people say, "If I don't get it for him or her they'll get mad." Well, it isn't like they can chase you down. Leave the house and let them cool down, just don't keep giving in.

It seems so simple! I remember when I wanted my mom to stop smoking, I took her cigarettes and threw them in a dumpster. She was angry with me but then I just left the house, I knew she wasn't going to jump in there lol.

Sadly, I don't live in the US.
Otherwise, I would make a diet business: when the person is so heavy they can't get out of the bed alone, I would live 24/7 at their house for a month, and just give appropriate food. They could scream, threaten me, I wouldn't give them high calory food.
I could price it for 1/3 of a "fat camp" and have 5x more results.
Bonus point: after that month, they would have no more the excuse "I can't lose weight though I eat healthy because it's my metabolism".

It's crazy how we have food anxiety in countries where you're never more than a few minutes from somewhere that sells it.
Sitting with a hunger pang, letting myself feel it and the world not ending was really beneficial for me.

People need to learn to live with hunger pains by being busy in mind and body. Hunger is but the body’s way of telling fuel is needed. The body does know. Too often we see advertising on TV or riding down a highway and just order stuff. Feeling hungry will not kill you. Eating at regular intervals the amount the body needs will sustain. Overeating is amazing as to how much food a stomach can hold. Make a fist. That is the size your tummy should be. We write the story of our life before born. She is just living the life she wrote. No responsibilities,no effort needed, others to do all-sounds more like royalty. When did she get a country and crown? We each come to this rock to experience. That’s it. She wants to experience never being hungry. Think long and hard about your life and the experiences you have had. You asked for everything you got then you complain. The human condition is immense and wide in what we can experience/feel.

I’m 5’2”; I started my weight loss journey in December 2023 at 203# and today I weighed in at 182. I still have a ways to go but I feel better already. These videos definitely help me stay on track and are hilarious as well. Thanks Sean!

Don't worry, therapist's are highly trained and know how to "be on your side" while also recognizing individual patterns of distortion when recounting events
Her driving the car everytime, yet needing to be pushed in her chair tells me everything about her. She's manipulative and takes advantage of those who let her do so.
She has manipulated all of her life and is surrounded by an obese family a weak man and enabling friends all on the tax payers dime. Now she has a baby she can’t care for has catfished innocent people to be on a reality show. She is a sick woman mentally, a useless eater.

With the teacher thing, I definitely believe her story. As a child/teen, I was bullied by teachers and bus drivers as much as I was bullied by other kids. Looking back on it, I think I got bullied by the kids because of the teachers. I had one teacher in the 3rd grade repeatedly throughout the school year call me up in front of the class just to tell me that I stank and needed a bath. I remember each and every time it happened the kids would laugh at me. She treated me like a nuisance that entire school year. What she didnt know (or even try to find out) was that at home I was a neglected/abused child. I wasn't allowed to take baths if they didn't want me to and the hot water heater would be turned off whenever I tried. I really dont know how or why some people become teachers but horrible bully teachers do exist.
I agree too. Sorry you had to go thru that. I was also bullied by teachers. For better or worst, teachers are only human and they bring their own life experiences and belief systems into the classroom with them, which can affect the way they teach and treat their students.
I’m sorry that happened to you. Great Teachers are few. Most just like having authority to abuse. Some of the worst people gravitate towards teaching.

I had a third grade teacher who bullied me too. Ole bitch. I was a poor kid so she didn't like me. My mama made damn sure I was clean.
My process wasn't that long... I met with the doctor, he told me to lose 30lbs in a month, and I lost 43lbs that month. I only had one therapy session, and I was scheduled for surgery a week later.. my surgeon is the best bypass surgeon in Boston (Dr. Lautz). So the whole surgery process was less than 2 months... after surgery, I lost 160lbs in 4 months. I broke my surgeons weight loss record. He was actually kinda nervous by how quickly I was losing weight so he brought me back for testing. Everything was fine...I was 400lbs when I had the surgery so a 160lb loss in 4 months is a lot! I lost all my weight and reached my target in 1 year. Im 5'9 female and im now 143lbs. This girl doesn't want it... and i lost all sympathy for her because of how she treats Freedy..

It's his job to try though. Like as a doctor you got the hypocratic oath and that's to toss everything and the sink at a patient to make them better. However patients also got patient responsibility. And that's up to them. If he didn't keep pushing there could be a way to take his license and not let him practice anymore. Now with the clear evidence of non compliance he can just keep going to the next one.

I work as a CNA in a nursing home. You wouldn't believe the abuse I get while trying to clean people's a$$es. I have been cussed out, told I'm going to be fired, people have argued with me, all because I'm trying to keep them clean. It doesn't pay enough sometimes.

I wonder too! I live on about 1400 calories a day (cuz short/old) and can barely afford groceries because I'm diabetic and those good meats and whole foods ain't cheap. These giant takeout meals, whole bags and cases of this and that, I have no clue where the money comes from!

Keto worked for me. @ 50 lbs lost and did feel deprived. It’s a lot of meal prep and cooking.
When the people on the show aren't getting delivery or take-out, they might be shopping at a dollar store (or a place like Costco, for bulk items- where older folks like her mom might get a discount[?]). A meager SNAP balance still goes a long way at a dollar store, and almost everything there is terrible for you. (The dollar store grocery shoppers tend to be a LOT heavier than supermarket shoppers, at least in my area.) There are also food pantries, which tend to be heavy on bread, expired pastries, cereal, boxed potatoes and macaroni, MORE bread, etc.- everything seemingly designed to make poor people fatter. And somehow an enterprising overeater will find a way. Anyhow, as a poor person, those are some of my thoughts on affordability/cost of food.

The sugar in spaghetti thing, I'm not sure what type of spaghetti she's using it in, but my dad did the same thing. Perhaps, for a different reason. We had a vegetable garden, growing up. Well, my dad made spaghetti just about every weekend throughout the summers with sauce made from all our own veggies. He would use tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, garlic, and carrots to make his own sauce. Well, since it's made from tomatoes fresh from the garden, it could have a very acidic taste. My dad's secret to neutralize the acid was to add sugar to the sauce. Best sauce I've ever had.
I make kick butt homemade spaghetti. Between that and sloppy joes, I was the queen of homemade cooking. However I take a bit of sugar into the sauce, I tried a no sugar version but I got a look from the family. From here on out 1/4 cup of sugar in the spaghetti!
My husband is a chef and sugar in spaghetti is to balance the acidity of of the tomatoes. You'd be shocked but they put sugar in everything they cook at restaurants. I doubt it's the same amounts that she uses she seems like a girl of excess.

I felt that comment about skin hurting when air hits it..... I'm a burn survivor, my face and upper body were burned the worst. When that shit is healing, there's a time where the new skin is exposed to air for the first time and there's no pain quite like it. People don't realize just how sensitive skin can get if it isn't exposed to normal things.
I'm so sorry you have had to endure a severe burn injury and the healing process that goes along with recovering from the injury. I know burns are excruciatingly painful in a way it's nearly impossible to explain in words to someone who has not experienced that kind of pain. I hope you are well! ❤❤❤
I've been burnt head to waist and my 8 months of healing was completely pain free. I'd goto the hospital once a week to have my skin scraped off with razorblades and that did not hurt either, no pain medication.
I had severe frostbite last year and almost lost some toes. Its healed but it waa awful. In the hospital 10 days and missed a months work

*UPDATE! SHOCKER! Freddy left Schenee because the bullying and manipulation were too much and he couldn't take it any longer. He supposedly went back to his ex-wife again. Yes...Freddy was married before to a white woman named Missy. Schenee was always fighting with Freddy over the idea he was always cheating or would eventually cheat on her with the ex-wife. Before the breakup, and not too long after her episode aired, her and Freddy ended up living in their SUV and would post videos or livestream of them eating from their vehicle with all of their belongings in the back packed to the brim. Every video, she ran her mouth about her experience filming with TLC and talking shit on Dr Now, never taking accountability and blaming the world around her for her weight and weight gain....the whole time shoveling a family meal from a Popeye's - to herself. After the breakup, Schenee remained in Houston living in motels off her disability checks and food stamps, e-begging, scamming and selling drugs. She was homeless for about 4 years in Houston and began using the same drugs she was selling. She had taken to stealing cars for profit and stole one from a friend under the excuse that she needed to borrow it. The friend ended up catching her so Schenee fled back to Indianapolis when the laws was closing in on her. She bounced between different men, changing partners every couple of months - for years - and is currently living with THE FATHER OF HER BABY in her mother's apartment in Indianapolis. Yes, Schenee had a baby. His name is Zachariah. He was born sometime in early 2022 extremely premature, weighing only 2lbs7ozs....a micro-preemie. Apparently, she rarely visited the NICU to see him but posts or videos on social media always claiming he was "doing wonderfully". I'm not trying to promote other channels on this channel but there are recaps and up-to-date info on "Keepin' It Real TV" here on UA-cam. I saved this bit of information for last because it's horrifying as it's the truest and verifiable, confirmed information about Schenee but....when she was staying in these motels, she ended up getting together with a pimp. Under his control, he persuaded her and she made a couple of searchable p*rn that she herself was not only promoting (on her own UA-cam channel) but uploading HERSELF to P*rnH*b. I'll spare y'all from a sudden bout of blindness by not sharing her screen name. It was awful and I regret being that curious 😵😵😵. All this information is through Reddit, KIR TV and Schenee channel with there being some old threads (on red) going years back discussing everything I've posted here.*

At 22 my highest weight got to almost 300lbs I'm 174 now. It took me a long time to realize that I needed to be around for my daughter and started losing weight 3 yrs ago . I feel so much better about myself...
Same. I was almost 300 when I graduated high school. I just turned 30 and I’m 175. Took a long time to get here and I’m just now getting into working out and lost 12 pounds in two weeks. Finding a reason to do it is hard but worth all the effort.
