Mark Wheeler class 82 failed

The blunt end is a Class 91 and the second one is a DVT. The orginal 91 must have failed so a backup one was used.

How can a "Class 82" fail? Firstly, it is a DVT not an 82. Secondly, DVTs don't have engines because the 91s do the work.
