      No. It’s 550 but the seller is motivated and it will sell for a great price. The income on Casa Linda properties is roughly 100 USD per bedroom per night. This one is a cash cow.

    150k income, is this from airbnb?

      No. Most of the income comes from rentals agencies but 150K is closer to the total net, based on 70% occupancy. This unit will gross closer to $100 per bedroom, per night.

    Not a chance this place is grossing $150K. More like $75K which would be generous at 50% occupancy at the normal rate of $400 a night. Pool, garden, housekeeping, community, power, water, cable, wifi, insurance. Management, commissions, bank fees... Maintenance... Replacing a TV or the AC... At best you would have between 30-40% of the gross. a little less than 5% ROI, not bad. Oh... You need a mortgage?

      @@BuyingDominicanRepublic I am just being realistic based on actual revenues and costs of operating a house in Casa Linda. It’s a nice place, there is no need to inflate the numbers to entice a potential purchaser. Your vendor may not be giving you the true picture.
