Are you good at recognizing faces? Take this quiz to see if you can identify famous (and infamous) celebrities, politicians, historical figures, and other well-known people whose middle-school faces have been re-imagined using artificial intelligence. Can you guess them all?
None of the yearbook photos of the children displayed in this series of videos are real. Like so many other people in recent months, I’ve been exploring the intriguingly creative (and creepy) possibilities of artificial-intelligence-based Text-to-Image generators such as MidJourney and Stable Diffusion. These generators allow you to quickly and easily create strikingly imaginative visualizations using simple and brief text prompts.
This particular series of short videos suggests the potential for easily imagining what any person might look like if de-aged by a significant number of years. It should be noted that this technology is still very new, so not all results look 100% believable or realistic, but many do.
