    Trying Vipassana meditation for last 3 months lots of changes in life and feeling so clam & quite ..next planning to join Vipassana meditation centre for 10 days course but unfortunately for corona all meditation centre postpone there program hope all things are well very soon and i will join life changing mediation 🙏

      Brother don't wait for any centre to open, your home itself can be the centre and God is the best guide.. so pray to God for his blessings and support before meditation and start doing everyday wherever you are.. meditation is the state of being mentally silent. And your home can be more silent than any centre if you try... moreover why to postpone the pleasure of meditation, so don't wait keep doing with full dedication and devotion wherever you are...     विपस्सना ध्यान विधि में ध्यान एक बार लगने के बाद अगली (अगले दिन) बार जब ध्यान करने पर ध्यान हमेसा सहज कम समय में लगना शुरू हो जाएगा क्या? या पहले दिन ध्यान लगने में जितना समय लगा था उतना ही लगेगा

    यह संपूर्ण ध्यान की टेक्निक नहीं है यह सिर्फ ध्यान की टेक्निक का एक चरण मात्र है स्वामी विवेकानंद जी ने कहा है एक जगह पर ही ध्यान नहीं लगाना है ध्यान को हटाना भी सीखना है क्योंकि अगर कोई एक जगह पर ध्यान लगाना सीख गया और हटाना नहीं सीख पाए तो वह महान समस्याओं का कारण बनती है । 🙏🏻

      App 3 eyes me pressure dete hai ishilie pressure mehesus hota hai. App ko kahi vi pressure nehi dena, sirf sus me dhain dena hai.

    Hi...
    Every video from ur side is full of information and with lot of energy. I used lot of techniques which u have mention in ur different videos and I learned and get lot from it especially now I'm able to control my anger and depression and negative thoughts thanks for it. My question is when I reaches to a stage where I realized that now I'm entering in thought less stage but slightly it is not much realized by me. I couldn't able to cross this stage and can't go much deeper in the meditation, what to do? What r the signs of deeper meditation?

      Just keep doing it takes time.. it's not that fast.. try to control your behaviour that stimulates your Man in negative direction like stop telling lie, stop gossiping, listen bhakti songs in morning, don't watch adult contents etc...this will make your Man calm and will support your meditation journey. Also before doing meditation pray to God that he should support you and show you the path..... remember keep practicing don't stop..one day you will be where you should...Jai shri krishna 🙏
