Marwa is a very responsible young man, most 30 yr old kenyan men are usually just partying and spending money on women, marwa took his time to save money to build this mega house which is very expensive to build..

Do you see why traveling the world can be good for you? I think it cannot be gainsaid that traveling has broadened Marwa's mind, made him more cultured (especially because he mingles with local folk in the streets wherever he travels).
Although he still remains an unpretentious village boy, If he had remained in the village, he would not be having this steady stream of sophisticated ideas that have now resulted in a truly custom house, and a swanky one at that.
At first, I thought it was a rather contrarian idea for him to build such a luxury villa in a remote African village, but now that he mentioned the proximity to Serengeti and Maasai Mara, I am starting to see his vision (think holiday/safari home). This might prove to be a smart investment post-covid. Bravo to you Marwa and bravo to the architect, he's talented.

Marwa, for the living space protected barrier on the upper floor, you could do a Trough right around the borders. In the trough, you could plant small indoor flowers and running plants.

It's Good you have given an African architect this job. The young architect has done a good job. He reminds me of my first job I did while in campus in Yemen. It's was a hotel and it's remain as on of my best project interms of experience and cash. I wish him all the best

You all are such kind and gentle people. The house is going to be lovely. Can I make a reservation now, lol I want to be one of the first guest. It’ll be my first time in Africa. You’ll have to have tours of Kenya. I always wanted to do the safari.
Beautiful house/mansion brilliant idea’s through out. My only concern is the infinity pool at this point. Have you thought about maintenance? Water treatment plant, adequate water supply etc. looking forward to the finished product. ❤
