Thank you soooooo freaking much. My God. I had 2 techs help me with this and they still couldn't fix the issue. I could not for the life of me find the image I just downloaded from my browser to upload to my photo editing software. My onedrive was showing as my default folder in my settings of Google. From the bottom of my heart thank you. Please add more tags to your video I could not find it for days until now. I found it by typing in "how to create a folder in windows 11 and make it default folder for downloads from my browser."
