Thanks for all the video. I live in the UK and I have a very good family of Busschaerts also a family of David Clausing Houben Pigeons. It's great seeing your Busschaerts. Wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a safe, healthy, and successful 2021
@@gpsloft5868 I know what you mean, if you don’t need to use the bottom that’s good, but they will do the job down there mine did. I think you might have to watch out for the cats down there also. 👍
She’s only one right now bro. I had another hen but she got taken by hawk. As soon as find you 11 flights hen I will definitely get at you man.. you have 11 flights white cock bird right??

Nice video and birds! The white one will be a cock bird in my opinion. Replace it with blindy. She is stunning and a good mate for the blue with white flights!! Think they will produce very nice youngsters... Keep up the good work 👍
I think so too but why are they both pairing though?? I hope the bird is hen because like what you said they can produce very nice looking youngsters 😊 thank you!! 🙏
Hey bro, thanks for another great video, really like the Blue Bar Hen with white flights, Silver Hen with white flights and the Blue Check Hen, something about these Hens..🤭 great potentials for 2021..👍 Do you think you will ever fly these breeders..🤷♂️..?
Thanks bro!! 🙏 I hope you’re right haha! I don’t think I’m going to fly the breeders bro. I can’t take the risk of losing them. They’ll most likely won’t survive out in the wild and will probably get eaten by a hawk or something. 😬
BREEDING TIP- I have hard time pairing up pigeons aswell but i recently found out. If you put a wire between the cock and the hen for about a day. After a day or two, you remove the wire which separates them. The birds will automatically pair up. Using the wire method, you can breed any pigeons you because this method is very successful.
I bought two racing pigeons and i started to pair them for almost 3 weeks so the hen keep fighting the cock although the cock still wants the hen to mate, should i change the hen by another one?
The more videos I watch of American and Australian flyers I've noticed a lot of people breed in cages out doors . Why ? In Europe/UK we breed in cages / nest boxes . But the cages are in a loft , safe from predators , where u can let them out to stretch their wings and have a bath .. Is there a reason for the difference ? Also , do u race old birds ? If so where's the loft ? Ps , the white looks like a young cock to me , but it's hard to tell without seeing it regularly. I've had many a bird I've raced a full young bird season as a hen and its turned out a cock ....
No there’s no difference. A lot us want to race pigeons but don’t have the luxury of having a big backyard for a big loft. Also, our time is very limited. It’s more of a hobby right now. My dad has been racing pigeons for a really long time like you. He’s got a lot of experience and I learned from him. The beauty of this sport is that all we know about keeping pigeons are just theories. Having a big loft or small loft doesn’t really matter. What matters the most is your location and the weather that day. I don’t know if you’ve heard of that saying, “hopefully the wind blows your way” 😊 thank you and I appreciate your comments!!
@@gpsloft5868 keep it up enjoyment is the key . For years I raced in an L shaped loft 8ftx 9ft. 6ft deep. My young bird loft was 3ft wide . Widowhood cock section was 6ft x 6ft. Widowhood hen section was 6ft x 2ft. I raced 12 pairs on roundabout.. 20 yb's and 4 pairs of stock in a separate 4x4 shed . I raced just as well with a small team but couldn't compete as competitively as I can with a team twice as big . Point is, it doesn't matter how many race , if u dont put the effort in learn about feeding , training , exercising and medication etc . No amount of pigeons will help . A bad flyer blames the birds 👍
@@David-xv5hd so true!!! Because I see a lot of members here that have the best birds and bigger lofts but somehow my birds are flying home next to them. I do agree with you about being competitive. It’s better to have a bigger team if you want to be competitive. Thanks for input! 😊👍🏼
I am sooo happy you can enjoy your birds brother. I have a cooper hawk thst wont leave me alone during winter time. I have to wait till April to fly safely in the skies... its okay because time is flying these days. Also, do you miss your tipplers? I still remember them

Hmm.. it could be anything bro. Maybe one or both of them are too young to mate? Are you sure you have one male and female?
Bruh! Ofc im sure, the problem is the hen still dont want to mate, they have both more than 1 year old they are ready to be paired
One more question pls, what is approximately the duration witch is necessary for pigeons to mate?
