    I hear you. We had to close our California restaurant in 2023 mainly because it was so hard to hire kitchen staff.
    I'm curious, if you have to rank the top 2-3 challenges for your restaurant (or just restaurants in general), what are they? Which ranked position would this kitchen staff challenge be and how critical / difficult is it compared to the other top challenges?
    I'm kicking around some business ideas to help solve problems for the restaurant industry seeing how many restaurants had to close and are closing nationwide.
