Wow, Rex is growing! So I made it to superior north of l'anse, the small peninsula. All I found was petrified sand,lol. But it was real cool. I got a tip from the MI. b.a. he said go on the west side of the big peninsula. Lots of black sand. I'll let you know.

You can get the last black sand out by blowing in a smooth pan. Just make sure it's over a large tub

Jason, like the super stacker sluice - someone should consider making a vertical arrangement of classifier grid sceening bowls. Then one could shake one's product through the various centimeters, and have it worked from nuggets, pebbles, grains, ... pickers, flour, and dust.

Perhaps soak in oxalic acid for a day or so before you classify to remove those iron stains from the specks, might make them easier to spot in the pan.
I use it to clean iron staining off of quartz and it works great.

What a pan of gold I worked two days in a row and got a little less that a quarter gram of gold but I got it in ILLINOIS TOTAL TO DATE .041 ALMOST A HALF GRAM It cracks me up each time I find it amazing there's gold here lolol love your vids I'm done galavanting the creeks now I severely injured my back and can barely walk now I'm hoping I can work out my budget to start buying paydirt just worried about not getting what I payed for especially since I payed for some paydirt and the gold wasn't completely pure but payed pure gold price for 14 carrot ugh I'm still looking though great video I think my days are done wondering the creeks just gonna have to stick with planting my behind in a chair on a bank to fish from now on God bless
