Just watch him play. He has such emotion behind ever note that he hits, it is quite a spectacular thing to watch.
One of the best actual reviews of this channel in a long time.
Nice demo, thank you!
Nice looking and sounding bass, I do like ESP basses just like Fender and Squier basses.
Awesome talent!! Great guitars being played by the best bassist I've ever heard.
I had no idea they had such energetic slapping in gospel music :O i have a new respect for the genre XD :D
Wow what a video, like a lesson in an ad. This guy playing can do it all!!!!
Great review and playing. This is the best bass review i watched.
Great Video Congrats Tony..
awesome playing
Nice review
I had a B-104 traded up for a B-105 and am about to pick one of these bad boys up. Excellent playing.
ESP... ALL VIDEOS SHOULE BE LIKE THIS!!!!! ( not necessarily the same genre... Just the quality!!!)
I have one, my main bass out of about 28 I own.
One of the best necks I played, bass is built like a tank.
VERY hard to find this bass as players never sell them.
Rst28 It is also one of my favorite basses.
Great review. I have one, my main bass at this time. The only thing I would change is the frets. A little big for my taste not much room past the 15th fret.
Yamaha addressed this issue with the Sheehan bass, smaller frets at the base of the neck.
Great bass if you can find one.
My favorite beat. For the love of money (O`Jays)
I just found a 1988 M V bass ESP, not LTD, 5 string, on FB marketplace for $100...I shit you not. ESP, I KNOW this has to be rare AF, dude doesn't know what he had, so if there's somewhere you want me to post pics of it, I'd love to share it for all ESP bass lovers to see. Been playing ESP, mainly LTD's cuz im poor, lol, for 20 yrs now. I have a Fender Strat and some rare Alvarez like Super strat gems from the 80s and a Godin n like 10 more guitars and 5 other basses, and 2 LTD guitars, a Stephen Carpenter like 2000 sig SC 500, and just a LTD F100 (the Toma Araya body shape but guitar) and love em. That F100 has the absolute HANDS DOWN best neck for shredding I've ever had. Longest I've ever owned a single guitar too in 31 yrs of playing. have had it almost 10 yrs. Love that thing. For the price, your LTD's are a steal. Always wanted an 80's ESP since I seen Hetfield with one when I was a kid.
I seriously want this bass, but it's almost impossible to find the one in my country...):
"Ya got it? Money, that's right!"~Tony Pimentál
It was Money by Pink Floyd
what was the second song he played at the beginning of the video !??
I Dont trust bass demos ran thru compression. I can make a fender squire sound like Jimmy haslip on a yellow jackets album w/ the right settings
How much should i spend on it? Im seeing one rn on offerup for 1400
I'm curious about these basses, can't find much info online. The price seems a bit high but might be reasonable if the quality is good.
+R.D. Dragon In my experience, a high end ESP really is something to behold. I have a 1985 ESP "the horizon" bass guitar and it still plays like butter with immaculate build quality. It would definitely be worth checking out cheaper LTD instruments as well. Of course, there are other brands to consider, but ESP rank up there with the best.
Tried many lower end instruments over the years. LTD always seems to have the quality that sets them apart from any other mid-range brands. Same with Schecter. Can't really go wrong with either.
1400 usd nowdays
What country was it from. Was this a MIA, MIJ, MII, MIK or MIC? Just curious
MIJ
Whats the song at 00:32.
0:00~0:05 Victor Wooten groove
What model pickups ? Active our passive?
passive
SPB-2 and SJB-2 (for 2009) or seymour duncan antiquity (for 2008)
This seems like a great bass, but calling anything about it "very signature of ESP"... nah
Is the neck pbass or jazz profile?
Bo88y Beretta jazz. is a little bit thiner than p-basses
Lorenzo Luciani 42mm. Wider than a modern P bass. U-shaped neck is fairly shallow to compensate.
lol
Haha he swear he is an awesome bass player, just attitude man and lack a lot of technique
JuanK lml Lack of technique??? I've been playing in front of audiences for 30 years and this guy is a true pro.
Bad very very Bad (my Opinion)
