Be really careful, some of the reward traits etc interfere with other things in the game. Like "never weary" (reward trait) interferes with one aspiration that asks you to fall asleep in a pool floatie. You can't do that if you have that reward trait. There may be several others. The "carefree" and "Laid Back" (Beach Life) traits also make it impossible to get burnout (milestone). Also the "incredibly friendly" makes negative interactions impossible for things like the mischief aspirations etc. There are many, like that, so make sure you know what you are doing before you start getting the reward traits willy-nilly. Also, do villainous valentine (VV) BEFORE Serial Romantic, the Serial Romantic reward makes it impossible to make other sims jealous which is required for VV.. I have started taking notes from several streamers doing SuperSims, so I don't make those mistakes. I don't even have a supersim, because there are 4 inherited traits that you can get and then a "concieved in a lighthouse" trait that I want my supersim to be born with, so I am currently messing with making my supersim.

Actually (I plan to test this at some point) you can be "born" (one or the other) AND "adopted". Another streamer doing a supersim tried it. (off camera and mentioned it in a post) When you created Willow and her family you could have left her family relationship to the others blank, no parents/grandparents, and then when you loaded into the game, there would have been an option (friendly category if I recall correctly) to "adopt" the child. That is a different interaction than the "adopt as care dependent" that is elsewhere in the menu. I plan to try that myself when my supersim has been born to see if I actually CAN get both milestones. I already have several (4 so far) generations (trying to get the inherited traits) already and I do plan to move a "family" of 8 of them to a fresh file once my supersim exists. I already know who three will be (non-occults) and one will be the "grandpa", (His name is Walter, he was just the vanilla sim I started with) two others will be kids of Grandpas, so aunts/uncles or whatever, and then supersim and 4 "siblings" (of a dead child of Walters/sibling of the aunts/uncles- lore/backstory type thing) that the aunts/uncles will "adopt" and raise. In reality the aunts/uncles and siblings might not actually be that relationship on the original tree, one is actually Walters daughter IndigoRose, so likely a distant aunt on some level of the supersim, since it was IndigoRoses' twin sister (MardiGras) that was the mom for gen 3. But IndigoRose is a spellcaster that I can dissolute, and her twin is a "rager" (active werewolf, I call them ragers) and I don't feel like going through the mess of making the cure potion etc and curing ragers when dissoluting spellcasters is easier. Two others were born not as spellcasters or werewolves (just with some of the inherited traits) so they are also possibilities to be "family" in the fresh file after my supersim is born, because I don't even have to dissolute Navajo (IndigoRoses' nephew, MardiGras' son) or Elvis (Navajos' nephew, son of MardiGras son Leith). Right now Elvis' youngest sister Delphia (a rager) will be the mom of the next gen that needs the spellcaster bloodline strengthened to ancient, since passing on the Greater and Dormant wolf blood has not been an issue for me so far.
I have never seen that show/game or whatever, but back in the day (and maybe still in other English speaking countries) is was GRAND-Uncle/Aunt, but now, in the USA, the moniker is mostly GREAT-UncleAunt so GRuncle/GRaunt is still accurate on some level..

I think that Sims with the "Slob" trait are the "farters" that just let them rip in public/in front of other sims.
