Screen was frozen to all attempts including holding the two buttons together....it started a countdown to call using the SOS feature!! Had to use the last resort of the hard reset to fix!! Thank you

Thanks my xr just wouldn’t swipe would click but not swipe so I asked Siri to open UA-cam I type in how to restart iPhone XR and led me to this video and I was able to restart it !!! Phew thanks for the video 👍🏼

Doing hard reset holding the power button until it reboot always show green flash but if releasing the power button quickly no green flash.can you confirm this?

zollotech today i was continuously using my xs max from 100% for 2hrs 36mins and the battery decreased to 76% ! Was using instagram youtube safari videos music surfing chatting etc..! So is it good battery life according to you in 2hrs 30mins ??
Everyone has different battery life, but you need to see your averages over a few days

Could you please help me if you know how to solve my problem with my tablet? It freezes, and it works slowly. Maybe there are some programs that will help me. I deleted heavy games and cleaned the cache everything is the same. The software is updated too. Galaxy Tablet 2016

Hi Aaron. I have an iPad Pro 10.5 inch and since the past month and a half or so it’s been really laggy and unstable. It freezes horribly and doesn’t always respond well to touch. Apple said it had around 196 charges and they said my battery capacity is at 100%, a very little while ago, and I’d say I’m at around 210 charges now. I really don’t know what’s going on. I’m not your average user, I’m very tech oriented and I’ve done everything I can think of. E.g. hard reset, complete factory reset, dfu recovery, numerous setting changes, all apps are closed, software is up to date, etc. I use my iPad mostly for fairly intense games so I notice the lag and freezing more than other people. (It’s my only gaming device so I really rely on it). But even in general scrolling and use there are now big stutters and hiccups. It was bad on iOS 11 and is barely better on iOS 12. Do you have any clues as to why it’s doing this and any help or advice? Do iPads generally, permanently slow down like this after awhile of use? I haven’t had this particular unit that long. I came back to iOS fairly recently and I had to get my iPad Pro 10.5 replaced a couple of times for small defects. So I haven’t had a particular unit long enough before this to see if the major slowdown is normal. I think I’ve had this particular unit the longest out of any. I’m really frustrated and at a stand still. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Also my warranty is up and I don’t have AppleCare so I’m out of luck. I’d really appreciate any help. Nevertheless, I do plan on upgrading to the next generation iPad Pro when it is released very soon. Will that new model iPad Pro eventually act like this too? Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!

You said in an earlier video that you would now be using a case on your XS Max due to the cost, etc of the phone. Could you do a quick video about that and show us your iPhone X in terms of a years use without a case on it? Since I've had my XS Max, I've never hated cases so much! That glass just feels incredible and the Gold colour is so good, I hate to cover it up but know I have to out of my home. I'm a massive fan of the Pitaka MagCase and the Cape Cod Blue leather iPhone case. Both are great in their own ways.
I’ll be showing it when it’s actually a year old in November. However, other than some light scratches on the screen it’s held up very well. I do have the space gray one so it doesn’t show as many scratches as the silver. I may just get AppleCare this time and not use a case cause I’m not liking it myself

Karan Warde hey 👍🏻 I’ve come from a 6S Plus with 80% battery health so the XS Max of course is a lot better. On a usual day for me I get 15 hours of battery time and still plug it in at around 20% left! That’s just social media, camera, news apps and stuff. No heavy CPU apps really.

Hi Aron, not sure what video it was in but why doesn’t apple have a simple feature where you can close all pages at once on the app switcher? A simple but extremely useful function. It astounds me how they miss little things like this.
Hi. Because you don’t need to close apps. They suspend in the background and the only time you really need to close them is if they are locking up. I never close apps and if you talk to someone at Apple they will tell you the same thing too.

Hi, I did exactly the same but my home screen (I have iPhone Xs) won't turn on and the Apple logo is still on.
On Thursday I had the Apple logo on my phone, looked at other videos to help- this was the video that got me up and running again. Actually I’m using my iPhone to type this comment. It’s the double tap on the power button that did it :) Many thanks
Was the apple logo appearing and diss appearing, also not allowing you to turn off the phone? This happened to me like 4 days ago. I don’t know what to do anymore, and I will feel horrible if there isn’t a way to fix it, because my dad surprised me with the phone just last summer. iphone xs max - iOS 12: iphone was in blank screen, not responsive, pressed volume up button and pressed power button to restart iphone. iPhone restarted and prompted to plug iphone into itunes to do an update and restore. This was the only way to get iphone out of blank state.
Something happened with the software then. You can restore it, but you may want to consider bringing that one to Apple as it shouldn’t do that this early unless you tried to jailbreak it or something
