Once I send the etrans to a client do they have to remap the files or will they automatically appear when they open the drawing?

Once you receive the Zip file, how would you open it with AutoCad? I tried opening the DWG inside the Zip file but it did not work.

you need to extract the files first and make sure they are all inside the same folder
