Can you provide a video with how to store/breakdown the 460. Instruction manual states: unscrew the star knobs counter clockwise ✔️ fold the upper handle ✔️ tighten down the star knobs clockwise?? when I fold the upper handle the star knobs won't tighten. What am I doing wrong?

Why would you have to assemble it? It HAS to be assembled by the dealer and tested. That is what Stilh Germany and Canada mandate. Odd Stihl USA would not.
