Gi is very different from no-gi, they might share similar concepts and certain techniques but like Eddie's said before; if you're using collar grips and sleeve grips to control your mount, side control, guard etc. then you aren't training for how to control a no-gi mount, side control etc. Which is absolutely true. Mind you I still love my gi!
If you learn the concept of a body part control, the joint locks and rotations, you can just change sleeves for wrists, biceps and triceps grips and you're fine. Sure, there are no collar grips equivalent in NoGI, but with the concept you can adapt quickly to control your opponent.

So if used the right way, it’s clearly medicinal and federal government should recognize that by now. It's like any drug. Can help some or be a nightmare for others. I just don't like how the weed community tries to cover up the bad side effects / stories. Best way to treat it is with transparency and explaining that it is like any other medication/drug.

It clearly has medicinal properties for the right patient.
