Try searching up Garbo’s T-spin guide on UA-cam, then maybe try learning an opener to start off with
(I’d personally recommend TKI due to its relative simplicity but whatever works for you)

I've made a promise one day years ago to never 4-wide as it was becoming increasingly disliked among many, plus it seemed a bit unfair and making winning too easy from what I could tell.
