      I didnt realize i was born in the wrong time until I learned im probably to young for Ruth.
      Her dedication and enthusiam towards her passions is truly invigorating and inspiring.

    I read the book and it was excellent. Hearing Ruth talk a out it and still be so passionate about it is a real pleasure

    Being from the rural US I never really thought about coal. Occasionally someone will say something about the coal shoot in an old building but it was never the primary fuel in our area (as far as I know). It was fascinating to hear Ruth talk about the transition to coal and all of the trickle down effects. I would love to hear if there were similar effects when fuel changed to oil or electricity. Thank you for sharing.
