Try Free Throw, Mineral, Park Jefferson, Sunny Day Real Estate, Brave Little Abacus, Marietta, Braid, Algernon Cadwallader, Sports, Midwest Pen Pals, Tiny Moving Parts and American Football. There are umpteen different "waves" of Midwest Emo because it's been around for over thirty years at this point, so you might need to dig for your personal favorite era.
The genre slowly turned into Math Rock, so bands like Covet, Toe, TTNG or Elephant Gym are probably also worth checking out.
