I'm missing the "customize" option mentioned at minute 3; I don't see the three dots and right-clicking does nothing. I'm wondering if that capability is limited for some people or systems.🤔
It's common for software to change function without notice, but the usual problem is that the PDF is being viewed in a web browser and not in the full Acrobat program (either Reader or Pro).
