there are 2 stories in this video. he turned her out of love and sacrificed himself so she can live. story 2 she is seeing the past (furniture covered and different clothes on) and living with it but without him she gave up so she decides to die the way he did. because she kept reliving the day he died over and over again. so her death was way after his.2 different stories same ending. died for love.

The way I took it was she was back in the house and seeing her memories of them together. That’s why she could see herself as well. Also when she first looks at the piano it’s covered up, and then the camera pans and he’s playing it. At the end she walked outside in the sun to die like he did because she couldn’t live without him.
He wrote this while in prison and always thought the song had more potential.... well he was right haha
There is so much to this video and I love how Ronnie incorporated Paige into it. From what I understand Paige has a rough past too and they saved each other. After watching popular monster and this one I can see similarities in the videos. Love the passion in his songs.

You know, as a recovering alcoholic, this video is exactly what I needed. As someone pointed out in the comments, the vampire aspect of this video is a metaphor for addiction..... Ronnie kicks my ass with it. Which is exactly what I need because I'm right on the cusp of defeating alcohol addiction, but I keep slipping here and there and over drinking sometimes... at this point I don't need a little "nudge" to get over the hump... little nudges haven't gotten it done...I need a fucking SHOVE. This video is doing it. I just discovered it today and it's my 7th or 8th time watching it. It's so intense it can't NOT hit home (where my heart is) 😉 and it hits DEEP. In a matter of 4 hours I've become a Ronnie Radke / Falling in Reverse superfan. Their other songs are 🔥🔥🔥 too 🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Falling in reverse is awesome. It has a nice calming sound and then goes hard. AMAZING song!
This is seriously one of the most intense and beautiful songs I've ever heard.

The line.. Hi my name is Ronnie, I'm an addict..tells you the song is about drugs. The original version is way more clear on that. And what happens when you follow someone down a destructive patch? You get into trouble too along with them. He's destroying his life and taking her down with him. That's why when he dies, she dies too. ❤

The lyrics were written when he was in prison, but it was written about him being a drug addict and the vampire is a metaphor.
