Truly amazing video, his control of the plane on the turns were off the hook, sometimes scaring the crap out of me....top of the line pilot for sure.

Amazing skill of the crew ! And from 4:24 onwards when he started those steep turns...my God !...sitting in my arm chair at home ..I got disoriented !!!! Thats one of the toughest approaches I have seen ...my respects and admiration for the crew !!

Did anyone pick up on the radio chatter at the end. It sounded like there was a helicopter in trouble because someone say that they might have to auto rotate over a populated area. There is a another video, where Esther is doing most of the flying.
Hey FrozenSquirrl. I am frozen in the Co Rockies. I picked up on it despite being distracted by the scenery. ATC was referring to the Helo needing to maintain a certain altitude over a populated area in order to auto rotate in event of a problem. You don't have the same options in the event of a mechanical in a Helo. Helo's might at any time need to auto rotate. She is very cool.

A few very steep turns, would of expected a stall there! But some pilots have all the fun!

Brian Henry the dialect is Austrian or Swiss. But she's surely not from an English country.

i hear a swiss dialect- but i think she´s portuguese , cause Vieira is a common portuguese name and many portugese in Swiss and Germany
