Batsu didn't realize that Raizo Imawano is his father, but I'm completely shocked that Kyosuke Kagami has something to do with the kidnappings in Taiyo High School and not only that, his brother is Hyo the final boss of the game and it's also revealed that Raizo is the uncle of Kyosuke and Hyo, and Hyo is the one who brainwashed Raizo, according to Wikipedia, Hyo has something called a "father complex" here's some information about "father complex": Father complex in psychology is a complex-a group of unconscious associations, or strong unconscious impulses-which specifically pertains to the image or archetype of the father. These impulses may be either positive or negative

For Capcom, the Marvel series grew so much more than their others, even Sf, to the point that interestingly it was Capcom's crossover that survived the 2d fg purge. Like, Sf - the original fg - died, while Mvc and Cvs remained in the 2000s. I guess the biger gameplay and character variety of crossovers helped in their survival. The problem to me was Capcom's low efforts to assimilate those smaller Ips in the 90's. They did it to Morrigan, Cap.Com, Strider, Cyberbots in Mvc; also not a crossover case now, but another very positive move was sheltering Final Fight in Sf forever. Still, all that could have been better. For ex, i can't understand why they disregarded Rival Schools for Sf, when they even meant the series to be connected to Sf... That's one of the biggest injustices to me about this matter of Capcom and Snk handling of their smaller Ips in the 90's.

A big 1st party crossover. They have more than enough gold to guarantee a big success, that will please every long time player because of the love given to Capcom's legacy... and with the bonus that they won't need to deal with another company as in every other kind of crossover. And it will take some weight of responsibilities off Sf's shoulders. I believe it's the best thing to do right now. They must make this new franchise and turn it in a regular one like Mvc, that will follow Sf basically replacing Mvc.

I always liked the characters in this game but 3D graphics were in their early stages and I think if it was 2D or came out a little later it would've been more impactful. Would love a reboot CAPCOM 😎

Rival Schools is one of my favorite fighting games besides Killer Instinct and Dead Or Alive! I wish they would have kept going with this!

Ele já fez uma gameplay com a Sakura de não me engano, então teria que ser Kyosuke com outro char.
@@carlosaugusto9821 Eu sei que ele fez um gameplay com a Sakura, mas sugeri fazer de novo com Kyosuke porque a Sakura também está no Rival Schools. O outro personagem especial que está no jogo também é a Akira sem capacete.
