How to Create a Magazine Cover in Photoshop | Magazine Cover Design Tutorial

In this tutorial, you will learn How to Create a Magazine Cover in Photoshop.
We’re going to introduce you to a very easy way to make your custom magazine cover.
Download the zip file linked in the description and unzip it. Install the fonts and open the PSD file. Here drag in your preferred portrait and resize it using CMD+T so it fills in the blank area and double click when done resizing it. Put it below all the other layers.
Feel free to do all image adjustments to your photo layer if need be.
Next let’s change the text. Press select any of the text. Type in your desired text and edit it further to suit your photo and color scheme.
Finally, if you want to change the color of the frame, select Paint Bucket tool and select the layer called BASE. Now pick a color and fill it over the red area of the frame.
Voila, that’s one quick way to get a magazine cover with your own photo and text. You can of course experiment adding more text elements or changing fonts, but this will be a good starting point for any Magazine cover project!
