  • Here’s how I made the wall of water bubbles.
I used a polycarbonate plate, a hose, an air pump, an LED strip and a lot of patience for that.
But a few days later the wall began to bubble and our wall decor idea was compleated. And you can do similar as it is DIY decoration project.
But be careful when working with electricity. Trust this to the professionals.

Why did you use other people's videos in the end? It didn't work.

Great tutorials, but wouldn't silicone be a better solution than hot glue? I feel like the hot glue may cause issues in the future with leaks?

Yes , you are right. It is better to use silicone, as hot glue comes off the surface, and i used Epoxy Adhesive Glue Two-Component Resin and covered all around the hose, and it solved the problem.

Sorry dude but the really nice pictures of the water wall wasn’t the one you made, the base was different and it definitely wasn’t polycarbonate.

How’s big for the air pump and hose do you use? I want to make one but not sure what’s size should I use.

It depends on your wall size. The bigger size, means you add more water, so you need more power for air pump. For my wall of 2sq.m. i used 1cm diameter hose. and i used air pump 35 W.

I did the same, your another one that wont let people know how hard it really is to contain the leaks

Would have been awesome if it was not basically a permanent install.......our place is rented....we couldn't paint our walls or screw in the frame
I suppose it could be made to be portable....if I could figure out what to use for a frame for the board, because it looks way too flimsy to stand on it's own

You hoped it worked but obviously it didn’t which is why you stole others videos at the end because the pump kept pushing the water out the top of yours I bet 🤣

Nah, it was because the hot glue didn't hold & he had to go back & use a 2-part compound or a clear silicone to fix it so it would work. He mentioned it in an answer to another comment. Hope he learned his lesson though. If it doesn't work out, don't post the video until you fix it, make it work, & can post up your own recording. Cutting corners by posting what you have & assuming that your viewers will realize & know where you went wrong so they can do it right is pretty bad form. As a channel, you never want to underestimate people's stupidity, never overestimate their intelligence, & always assume that someone will notice & call you out if not start the internet equivalent of an angry mob with torches & pitchforks if you do anything that is or anything that could be perceived as potentially morally questionable... even if it wasn't your intention or even if it actually wasn't irl.

Never fill with ordinary water! Use only demineralised/distilled water after you ran some descaler on the inside of the pannel.
Also, add some pool chlorine in the water and make the entire system an enclosed system, make air pump recirculate the air inside the pannels.
Unless you want limescale and algae to grow inside your bubble wall.
Also. Hot glue might be cool for a 5 minute youtube showoff... but it won't hold to the pressure, vibrations and temperature changes.
Don't paint the pannel, add colorant to the water instead, or just leave it not coloured and just use the LEDs for colour.
The only good ideas here are the drain valve and the choise of material.
    The only good idea her
