Batman’s fighting style in every game is lowkey brutal asf. I never notice as much because I’m too busy making sure I’m getting the right inputs off, but when I watch the gameplays, I realize he really hits harder than any other hero I know
In Arkham Knight When Joker took over his body for the moment His punches were NOT held back And the fighting style is a mixture of goofiness and brutally If batman Did kill No one would dare challenge his intelligence and combat
im not worried about ever seeing another Arkham game, I think we will. what im worried about is the people involved in creating it and sickos like sweet baby. Sefton Hill might try something from another angle, but can't say. if its (todays) rocksteady tho, be worried about what comes out :P and yeah I would have no problem with an Arkham sequel in the age of Origins, having Roger Craig smith and Troy baker reprising their roles as bats and J. did a great job. Rip Kevin Conroy and Rip Hamill's joker, bc he decided not to voice J anymore after Conroy's passing. nice vid/run man💯💪
@@ShikenNuggets yeah no thats what I said/ meant with Hill trying it from a diff angle (not RS related). but I don't know man, we're in an era of gaming where we are served the game franchises we love, but the chef tells us " I changed the recipe, spat on it and put in all the ingredients you asked me not to. and you better eat it.". so I do think we will see something with an Arkham title return in the future, but its not gonna be.... well, "see statement above" 😂

1. Arkham City 2. Arkham Knight 3. Arkham Asylum This will be a long ass comment (My reasonings, at the end will be the flaws) Arkham City: Well obviously let’s get the easy parts done with, the story and grappling physics are amazing and it has the greatest boss fight of all time, MR. FREEZE 🥶 🥶, also the thug dialogue makes me chuckle sometimes, the suits (if you use a cheat code) are great. Arkham Knight: Clearly the graphics and the amazing side missions make it an amazing game, and using the Batmobile is great and a game where they done milk the joker too much but not too little. Arkham Asylum: The one that started it all. For me personally I love the scenery and the villains were damn good the end of the game is great to fighting a TITAN Enhanced Joker and also some thugs along too. (THE FLAWS) Arkham City: Tbh don’t get me wrong but there’s too much thugs with guns, give them one minute and your dead. Arkham Knight: Do I even need to say this. Too much Batmobile, yes it was excited at first using it but Rocksteady basically shoved the Batmobile usage down our throats and expect us to like using it every single day. Arkham Asylum: Small map, Dive Bomb should’ve been added, nothing really bad to say but there are way more flaws with these games but I can’t go on and on
So not even acknowledging origins and the hardest boss electrocutioner? Second hardest is Deathstroke and Bane (also your opinion is invalid since you criticized Asylum for not having mechanics from City How would they implement that on a small map?)
Idk how you would adapt that comic to a video game. Also most the story wouldn't really be compatible with Arkham canon anyway. Unless you literally just mean "the first year of Arkham Batman" in which case, meh, Origins is as close as you're gonna get to that
26:33 Every time I open the door after the Mr sickle fight my game always crashes and when I re-open the save file it makes me overwrite the save data. (Console btw) Does anybody know why?
Whay about the new batman game is a horror one in where you go against the Batman who laughs? (Obviously his human version) and is in first person short intense game
Why is everyone so weird about someone else besides Conroy doing Batman? Yes they should make another game even though he died. He’s not the only one who’s done it, and no, I don’t think he was even the best. Smith was wonderful and had more nuance and personality. Conroy was pretty stiff and traditional in a lot of his deliveries. I miss the guy, but even if Mark Hamill died, Baker would be a marvelous successor to his purple and green throne. Conroy would be angry at fans for belittling someone else’s performance, especially when that performance hasn’t even been recorded yet.
I have no problem with someone else taking on the role in general, I just think the Arkham series specifically should be over for a lot of reasons, and Conroy being gone and Hamill being effectively retired from the role is the final nail in that coffin for me.
@@ShikenNuggets too bad. Based off of Arkham knight, I can only see good things, if the formula is kept, with any change or anything new they’d like to try with the series. Conroy and Hamill are the best. Don’t let them be nails in a sad coffin.
I just don't really see what they can add to it gameplay wise or narratively that would be a meaningful addition and wouldn't feel super forced, like they have options but none of them feel like a great direction to take it in IMO. Especially if it's a new developer/creative director (Rocksteady looks to be busy elsewhere, Sefton Hill left the studio anyway, and WB Montreal got demoted to a support studio for the Wonder Woman game), I'd rather see *their* take on a Batman game rather than forcing them to just do this again. Anyway, whatever ends up happening I'll live, but if it was entirely up to me I think I'd just leave it. It's okay for things to end. In film nobody really clamors this hard for well-defined trilogies to continue a decade later, especially after the relevant actor(s) die.
@@ShikenNuggets well I can see lots of fun stuff to add. That’s no problem. That Montreal news hit my heart, but didn’t they do Gotham knights? Seems like they’re a micro transaction company now. Movies and games are two different medium. The reason why people are clamoring for a new game is because of the old ones. And people do clamor for sequels to good movies. Joker didn’t need one, but it’s coming. I would be very sad if this Batman formula was abandoned, but based on the games that it’s inspired, I don’t see it going away anytime soon. Gotham knights did make us realize how bad it can get, but we’re also aware of how fun it can get as well. I hope that instead of no well wishing, we’re all actually crossing our fingers.
If you're talking about AGDQ, the money goes to the Prevent Cancer Foundation, which is a legitimate charitable organization. They've been working together for over 10 years, if GDQ was just taking the millions of dollars and running someone definitely would've said something by now.
