There is a white cap over your pen tip when you unbox it and I see that once your start it’s gone and it’s silver tipped. Did you remove it?

Don’t remove it! If you can’t see a hole it’s just white filament

Yes I do recommend this pen! The price is reasonable. It's comfortable in my hand. Easy to switch between ABS and PLA filaments. Quick too heat up. Somewhat easy to clear out jammed filaments.
