I met Billy one time and spoke with him. He told me to live a clean life and stay close to Jesus. He was right and I am still clean. His death was a sign to the world to get ready.
That must have been the thrill of a lifetime to speak with him. I'm thinking that it would have been almost like being In the presence of God Himself to talk with Billy Graham. I can't imagine. I would have been a nervous wreck and probably speechless.
@Shawn Billy was a humble man that came from an ordinary working class background, he was one of us in a way. He would have talked to you or me as though we were as important as someone in a high position, that's what made him so special.

Hearing Dr Graham's sermon makes me think about it all. I am saved by the blood of Christ. I read the Bible and go to church and consider myself a Christian. Yet I don't think I am walking like a Christian. I can't be comfortable to the things of the world. I hope that in the end my I won't turn and see the lust and lights of that city of pleasure of sin and not just Las Vegas but everywhere in this world in our time and era. Dr. Graham's message was on point. I'm so close to salvation. God forgive me and continue working with me. Thank you Jesus Christ for dying on the cross to pay for our sins. Amen.

I went to a crusade in Pittsburgh, he was bold enough to preach on the parable of the seeds falling on different soils, some will fall away he said that night some 25 years ago. I never forgot that. Bold preaching like that I truly miss. Thank you to this UA-cam channel for keeping his preaching going. It is a great blessing to all who hear the word of our God.
Read genesis 1 to 11, read Psalms and then read John. Read one chapter a day. Write what you read n lessons learned. Talk to Jesus Christ of what you read. Find a church that honours Jesus. Stay with good Christian people.
You know I used to love Joel Osteens sermons. I could never understand why some people gave Joel hassle over his sermons. They called him a false prophet and even went so far to say that he was of satan!! I thought all of this was harsh and frankly ridiculous.....but then i started to listen to Billy Graham and now I see what real preaching is. Now I see the damage that only listening to the properity focused preaching can do. So now after having heard the real thing I can never go back to Joel and lakewood.
If listening to you tube preaching check out John MacArthur. Spelling could be off. Also check out last name conlon! Two really great preachers Teach the true word! I used to listen to olsteen and a few other terrible false preachers. God shows us the truth.
My parents, my brothers and their families, my husband and I listened to Joel Osteen, but no longer. While he was preaching, We heard this, If God's plan A doesn't work, He goes to plan B. This is the reason we were turned off by O"Steen. God's plan never fails. God never has gone to another plan because his first plan never failed in the first place. God's plan never fails and never will. We keep Joel O'steen in our prayers, please keep him In yours.
McArthur and conlon are false prophets as well. You have to know scripture to know the difference. Both are in error. Beware of false prophets that come in sheep’s clothing.
Joel does it for money and supports all kinds of evil if you ask billy about homosexuality he will flat out quote the book and say its wrong he dido it for money big difference

In the evilness of them was like a circling of jackals surrounding me, a wounded animal. They did not deter my love for God Almighty, and Jesus, and you, yours, and all of us. A1-100% here. Billy Graham is, and was anointed by the Lord. The Lord has spoken to heart recently, and gave me a wake up call recently when I had to undergo emergency surgery this past week. The Lord spared my life, so that I may come back to serve him.

What's significant about his messages is that he never speaks about anything but only Jesus. Very focussed. I find it effective.
