@@long_strong8843 It was written by J.S. Bach (1685 - 1750) in 1723, according to Wikipedia. So yes, it is quite an old song, about 299 years. For an even older song, I imagine you have heard Greensleeves, well it goes back to the late 16th century or early 17th century, so it may really be 400 years old.
I believe that the Lord must have said... behold, he would distill honeycombs of chords to describe my joy to those who listen to me, hear me sing my joy to humanity.
The wonderfulness and comfort of his heartfelt performance Ìs outclassing , and irreplaceable I will never be tired of listening to this overwhelming masterpiece he plays with incomparable skill again and again
Most sincere congratulations to the young talented pianist Benjamin Moser ! It is a pleasure to listen to this wonderful masterpiece in his version ! Good luck and thank you !
Myra Hess will smile from above ...
Absolutely beautiful. The best intepretation i have ever heard of this wonderful work! Beautiful rhythmic flow and inner life and colour and passion. And yet tranquil at the same time. Very well done indeed!

400 years - still magic, and will keep this magic for ever. Thank you, Johann Sebastian Bach

This music drives away the demons, allowing us to aspire to become better than we are.
Am fighting demons right now, and the Lord led me to this song and your comment.........

In Heaven
Bach Ís listening to his wonderful performance with a docile look
His performance purifies the stagnation and dirt of the soul
Indescribable beauty
Indescribable feeling
and something indescribable
The solemn comfort of his piano is off the charts
