In a small forest, not far from a small village, sat a small farm. There were tall trees, bushes and grass around the farm. There were different animals on the farm: goats, cows, chickens and even sheep. In good weather they walked in the fields and meadows, but when it started to rain or thunderstorm, they all gathered in one place - in the little barn on the farm.
The little barn was their shelter from the weather. It was spacious and bright inside, with a large window through which the sunlight streamed in. There was plenty of room in the barn for all the animals, and they could fit in there without disturbing each other.
Every time the animals gathered in the barn, they felt safe. They knew that no one would disturb them here, and they could rest and enjoy the warmth and comfort of their little home.
But one day John came to the farm. He was very curious and decided to look inside the barn. The animals were surprised by his appearance and did not know what to do. But the stranger turned out to be kind and friendly, and soon the animals realized that he was no danger to them.
From then on, John began to come to the farm often and help the animals.
He fixed their small barn to make it an even better shelter from the weather, and took care of the animals when they needed help.
The animals were grateful for his kindness and care, and every time he came to the farm, they greeted him with joy and love.
So the little barn became not only a refuge for the animals, but also a place where they could find friends and support. Although they still loved their little home, they knew that now they had another place where they could feel safe and happy.

it is a good shelter for rain.
Cold and shivering, sopping wet-she and her horse had parted ways 6miles back. She saw the lights in the distance. And pulled on. Her leg stiff and sore, her pace was slow in the heavy rain.
It was a small shelter, no fire burning as she had hoped but there were lanterns. It was a stock shed, there were a couple bales of straw to make a nice bed and blanket. It was empty of man, just a few goats and chickens sheltered the storm.
As she neared closer she saw her horse standing behind the shed eating corn like nothing had happened. She recaptured the horse and tied him inside the shed, fluffed up a bed of straw and took the curtain down as a blanket. Good night!

@@xx-bu1hx thank you! No i haven’t finished anything. I start a lot of stories and they never get finished. One day I will figure out how to finish them! I wrote more parts to this on other rain vids, I’ll try and find some and post it in here. It’s called “the old man’s horses”
Here is another “chapter” of this story, written on another rain video called “riding in the back of a covered wagon during a thunderstorm rdr2/asmr”
The journey was long and cold. She’d been 3 days in the covered wagon, headed to see the doctor for an infection that had her down for the count and clinging to life.
She couldn’t eat or sleep and was weakened and delirious from the pain. The journey was long and unfamiliar. She drifted in and out of consciousness. Rain falling harder each passing hour. She didn’t know if she could trust the strange old man driving the wagon but she had no choice…
She cozied up under a cover and let sleep take her to the rhythm of the rain. Sweet soft slumber as she rocked gently in the bed of the wagon.
…the sound of galloping hooves approaching through the quiet calm night startled her awake, hooping and hollering followed and the old man sprang to action, slapping the reins on his team of horse’s backs and screaming “YAWWWWWW!!!”
She sat up, half jolted from the wagon as the team lurched forward into immediate full out. Luckily the chains on the end boards held and she managed to get her bearings as she jostled side to side.
There was a zzzzip and an arrow tore into the canvas next to her head. She lay back down and began to think. She’d lost her gun when she lost her horse. She had a knife but that was for close combat she hoped to avoid. The wagon creaked and groaned as it flew like a bat out of hell down the wash in only moonlight.
There were chests in the wagon and she quickly opened them and started throwing the contents out behind them. Bottles of whiskey shattered on the rocks, ropes, a looking glass, a couple bags of flour and sugar and some cast iron pans. The old man kept driving with ruckus down the wash and pulled a double barrel shotgun from under the seat. “Take this!” He barked. Their pursuers had stopped to pick up the goods she threw, but would be back at the slower wagon in no time.
She grabbed the gun and a hatchet and sat cocked and ready. One rut in the road and the wheel shattered, immediately throwing her to the ground winding her. The old man had managed to stay on board and pulled the roaring horses to a stop. The pursuers horses were ruddy and small, they were faster than a wagon, but no match for the wagon horses one on one.
He was leaping down cutting the straps of the harness from the fractions horses. Quickly she felt around for the shotgun and closed her hand around it as she heard the commotion coming.
The old man cut the last horse free and swung up bareback, she scrambled to her feet, and flung herself at the other horse as the old man rode off into the dark working his hands and legs like a monkey as he hollered like a banshee to get every ounce out of his horse. She scrambled aboard the riderless horse as it bolted after the old man and into the night.
