Easy clear instructions
Does not work with our old toilet seat or the new one we purchased. The bolts fall through the toilet seat holes.

It wasn’t really clear what to do with the second set of washers. Video only showed what to do with one set of washers.

You put 1 plastic washer and 1 steel washer on each bolt. Steel washer first then plastic washer.
Here's a huge question, why did u make the bolts so wide? I have 2 different toilets and these bolts don't fit in the part that keeps the seat on!!! Wasted a freaking hr so just put it on without the seat so my husband can finally have a comfortable seat!!!
