I haven't seen/ visited the first 2 in your list and I was patiently waiting and the moment your started praising Cafe des arts I know where you are....!!!😅. You have a good diction and very sweet way of presenting, but that is all. In reality almost eateries in Pondichery are just hyped and actually not good enough in taste and quality.

You missed Bread and Chocolate in Auroville. Savour their croissants , cinnamon rolls and smoothies. Croissant in baker street is good but not great like B&C
