"The wages of sin is death.." Do you have the free gift of God? Which is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord? Sin corrupts, it destroys, it is pleasurable for a season but ends in death and destruction. The Bible says, "All have sinned and come short of the glory of God." We cannot earn heaven. Have you ever lied? Stolen? Used God's name in vain? Lusted? Dishonored your parents? These are some of God's ten commandments. We are guilty of breaking God's law, hell is where we would go to pay for these sins. But praise God! He has made a way for us! God sent His only Son Jesus, fully man and fully God, perfect and sinless, to die on the cross for your sin! Then He rose again the third day defeating death! We broke God's law, Jesus paid the fine! That's why He said, "It is finished." Right before He died! The debt has been paid! Now we must turn to Him in repentance and trust in Jesus! Turn from your own way that leads to destruction, and follow Jesus! He loves you more than anyone ever could, He will never leave you.

The maturity of her voice, the tone of it as she sings each lyric, her facial expressions- EVERYTHING about this touched my soul. Ari is officially back and doing her thing!!!

the song comes off the tape in these 2 places. she doesn't sing live there, look closely and you'll be able to see. Nevertheless, she has a fabulous voice. It also depends on the day.
@@CoregamerXS 00:36, 03:06. You are wrong bro, she was live there, u can check on every momment. She bends her head and sounds litle crack, the microfone sound on half minute, the volume diference when she puts the microfone close and far, its all there.
@@luizfelipegiordano2835 I'm not talking about these two places! Of course they are live. However you come to this point, I haven't given any timing information.
She's wearing the necklace she wanted to keep in the music video, and if you listen closely to her performance it almost sounds like she's on the edge of tears singing this. Heartbreaking.
Wow you can tell she was on the edge of tears first half of her performance. She really rocked through it and it was so deeply emotional. I love the changes she made to the song that was different from the studio version. She had a rich texture to her voice!
I think Ariana has never had an issue with not sounding like the studio mastered version. I think she's the most talented singer on Earth. She's only gotten better if anything after entering the Broadway world. She'll forever be an icon.
@@Doyouandshutup During my first listen of the album that was my biggest issue. It sounded too high, not grounded enough. Now I’m more used to it and it doesn’t bother me, her voice is too beautiful in the end. But that was def a problem I had too
Maturity, poignancy and clarity - I don't think I've ever heard every word of an A G pop lyric before, but this was so legible, without becoming in any way stiff or mannered. Her riffs and runs were restrained and tasteful, and all the more effective for it. Her lower register has developed significantly, and sounds really comfortable and well balanced. I'm sure that her vocal training for Wicked has influenced her stylistic approach to her pop repertoire; but not to the extent of making her sound too theatrical - this is definitely a pop vocal . However, her delivery is simpler, clearer and. more elegant - and it's really working well for her. One of the best songs of her career.
Yes! You can hear her switch at some points back to the high-pitched baby voice, and every time I missed that fuller, deeper tone! She needs to lean into her broadway voice
enunciation is perfect, stage presence hasn't gone away, and she brought us a dark tone, chesty voice that we weren't expecting. one of her cleanest, best performances of all time.
The sound of mic dropping on the stand 0:37 is the only proof that this is live because she's so good. Her live vocals is as stable as her studio vocals.
2:14 and 2:23 I think these parts are lipped. They're a bit too quiet and her tone is more light and chipmunkish only for those two lines, just like how she sang it in the studio version, while she sings the rest of the song with a deeper tone. The camera zooming out also adds to my suspicion.
Her voice also has weight now, it’s not too light like it was in the beginning of her career. It sounds powerful now. She really matured so much. This is her vocal peak.

Or someone who writes everything down. A poet, author or a writer of some sort. Some people say it's ab the media in gen but i think no. The specifics in this video are also quite telling. I do not think this song is ab dalton/divorce.
@@AngelseyAlterationsthe song it's about Mac and everything she "wanted" erased in her memory cuz he was and it is still being the love of her life and the only one she loved too so much and all about his death hurts her and everything moment with him living, thats why she said "Your cling to your pappers and pens" its about the processes funeral and him his problems with the drugs leaving her alone
@@raulalarcon3804 this song is definitely ab mac. She told us in other songs he'd not get in touch properly when in the studio. He told us aswell in songs. She came out badly after his dui. And I think she's referencing her one time public outburst with someone when she talks about nit being able to bite her tongue. And now she can't say anything. She sits in silence with the TRUTH about what happened between them. Which is likely that he couldn't sort himself out. He wanted freedom and they walked away. Every other time was likely so he could go on a bender in the studio so usually, he'd call her eventually. So she wait for him to decide he likes her. This is a grown up version of 'everytime'.
It's CRAZY how she sounds so much like the studio version. (She maybe was lip syncing in the middle around 2:15) Like the tone, the runs, the quality of the sound of her voice, it's amazing! ^^
Her voice in this performance is actually WAAAAY THICKER on the lower/longer notes part... (If you wanna compliment her, PLEASE say something that is the truth... DON'T fucking kiss her ass JUST because she's a celebrity... 🙄) I actually don't really appreciate. (But her voice is also too soft or breathy for me to comfortably listen to like at the 1st sentence of the bridge, even though that sounds EXACTLY how is it like in the studio version.) She didn’t even take a glimpse to the camera. I feel like she singing to somebody, like she had things to tell that certain person so bad but she can’t. I can relate. I love you ari
I paid very close attention to that. This is the most emotionally disconnected I've seen her perform, and it looks intentional, as if being vulnerable and allowing us to see her eyes would break her.
Totally agree. It was brilliant because there were elements that were purely visual and some were actual set pieces (couch) and then at the end the lighting layers in the snow, so you keep guessing what’s what. I was waiting for snowflakes to start landing on her clothes. It was unreal.
Her voice matured so beautifully, I love how real this album is, I'm so glad I bought it. Eternal Sunshine is truly a work of art. I believe this will be her best album.
The way she's basically crying out the "I'll wait for your love" parts of the song, those are the cries of pain. 😭 Hoping that a loved one will come back to you, that they'll find the love they once had for you and come back, even though you know that maybe it's best if you're just alone but can't let go ("so for now, it's only me... and maybe that's all I need"). The lyrics are so heavy with emotion.

Serious--on too many tracks to count, the producers have let the melody overpower the vocals making her voice sound thin & slightly nasal. This is a great live singer who gets muzzled in a studio.
Backhanded azz compliment smdh
Bcs there are some ppl that no matter what they do they just sound better live, the audience etc it’s the real deal and they can deliver more emotions. Jessie j is an good example of this

"Ambience" is not something that is "caused" by a voice or a mike, it's the "Sound of the Environment presented."
UGH is correct; And if it works "once" it'll be implemented again and again; it's the Hollyweird and Disney way.For "voice-cracking" try LeAnne Rymes ("I Fall to Pieces, for example) perhaps ? Re Leanne it's a natural technique requiring strengthening. With Ariane, it's "acting."
Should have asked Willie Nelson to help prepare this; WE " Felt" nothing.
It's termed "acting" with modern technology. As me I'm psychic; There'll be a movie coming soon, too;
This is her "screen test" audition! She could have $fforded the London Philharmonic for backup; but they give her THREE inept keyboards instead ?Easy to see what age group her producers are targeting; Wonder if any of them were voice coaches?
If "crying" were her objective, she's try a two octave song such as a Roy Orbison, which requires both alto and soprano ranges my dear. For hearing a "woman" sing, go to Norah Jones, who doesn't need three useless keyboard backups; performs on her OWN piano? Love to have her overdub on a few of our new rap songs.
This is " expression of emotions? What?" God forbid you're hearing is functioning working when Joe starts WW3 and drafts you siblings for greed and drama, really? Try Roy Orbison's " Crying Over You" sometime ?
Oh, so that's how the word "Pa-pers" is pronounced! Thanks, now maybe it'll fit into our rhyme scheme better; Sure sounded like "Pamper" though; Seems Twiggy's double has finally arrived. Someone please tell those THREE keyboard players their parts could have been simulated by machines-They they could find more time to write more hits, instead of playing backup. Oh, Good, they didn't have to set fire to this stage and call the fire department----good staging-and no anachronisms appeared!
"You're the Reason I'm Not Married!" and
"Why Are You Cheatin' on Me?" and "Opera at its Worst!"

@@lyndafayesmusic You genuinely sound like you’re experiencing psychosis. I’ve seen several of these comments from you that are babbling utter nonsense. You should seriously seek professional medical help.
@@lyndafayesmusicumm… you ok?
Her deep voice is so beautiful
😢no one is liking my comet😭😢
She ate the autotune 💀
@@lugiadev exactly cause she doesn't need it at all and we will see it even more of her singing live in the wicked movie, cause she and cynthia doesn't like playbacks or loud ass backtracks to hide their true voice. unlike other artists who need and abuse those combined with autotune, no one is doing it like them and Beyoncé.
@@lauramessy Part of what I loved about this entire performance was hearing the sounds of the microphone being handled, being taken on and off of the mic stand, etc. all as a reminder that this is all her real voice with a live microphone, no recording
@@shiwomino5775 exactly and you don't see or hear that kinda of stuff anymore
omgg i literally i got the chills from 2:06 to the very end (and even before but like even more on this part), the emotions are so raw like she's not singing she's literally telling a story
I swear... this song isnt long enough for me to cry all the memories that come backs to my mind
Put it on repeat
💗
the emotion she puts into everything. so incredibly moving.
I think the darker tone is probably her trying to not try cry or be sad
Yeah, i really think this song means something to her. But she sounds beautiful!
have u heard the song? it is deeper lol
@@annabruh I feel like you didn’t understand my comment
I broke down and made video with best line of this song❤

I loveeeee how she 'plays' with the tone of her voice!! Using a little bit lower tone, then go back and forth using a higher-lower-higher tone during the bridge. OMG her vocal technique is AMAZINGGGG!! 😭 I'm so glad I'm living in this era where Ariana exists, like my parents were proud when they had Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Patti LaBelle. I'm grateful we have Ariana Grande to represent ✨️ OUR GENERATION ✨️ Love you Queen Ari!! 🥹💕
the part where she really connects with the performance when she statrs singing “babygirl its just me and you” i can just tell she is so proud of her growth in that moment and how performing this soul freeing album to the world must feel immensely empowering for her💓💓
I don't understand this lyric... is that a guy telling her this or is it her talking to a girl ?
@@glockenspiel-ti1ms It's her talking to herself
Kinda weird considering she said its just me and you but ok@@LumosCreature
@@glockenspiel-ti1msshe says “me and my truth we sit in silence, babygirl it’s just me and u” - as in she is her truth. she’s speaking to herself.
Funny how she sees herself as a small little thing instead of a grown ass woman, calling herself "babygirl". Cringe.
She's finally ENUNCIATING those wordssss!!! thank u wicked
Have you not the thank you next, or positions album?? Apparently not love

Baby girl is still struggling on some parts. But she is better.
@@ah4442It’s an emotional song.
@@tylermullins9572it’s clearly always been a stylistic choice for her that even she jokes about. This is the first album she’s switched it up
THE EMOTION IN HER VOICE!!!
Her mature voice is just... chef's kiss.
hate her or love her one thing no one can deny is that she got a crazy voice
this is so refreshing seeing her sing live again 🥹❤️
The maturity in her voice is PHENOMENAL!!!
Are you a voice coach?

That voice so passionate so soothing love it 100%
The bridge is just sheer perfection
It's stunning
I’m too obsessed with this song and obsessed with this performance🥹 Ariana is so angelic
I like this one better than audio. Because she adds some extra high notes on "wait for your love" part.
And the way she kinda switches up the notes and on the word bite in “and I don’t wanna argue, but I don’t wanna bite my tongue”
@@vanessanguyen4379yeah I love that grace note on “bite”, she loves to add those as ornaments and always does it in such a graceful way.
