Awesome review! So glad to see a real person review this bag that didn't wear paracord bracelets and has punisher skulls on the velcro... that probably never served in the military. 😆 5.11 better take notice. Your suggestions are valid.
Thanks so much for that! Nice to hear that someone appreciates a different perspective on a military bag....you're right, try as I might, my non-military background comes shining through. Cheers!
@@SoniaShepherd , I revisited this post and realized how what I said about "probably never served in the military" was construed as a reference to you. It wasn't! I was referring to those bracelet wearing, "tacticool" guys who review these type bags. I wouldn't be rude to you. 😃
That rabbit in the background is a paid actor haha. Nice review of the moab 6, I too am 5'2" so this gives good perspective on how hit will sit around my back.
Great review. Nicely done. I'm considering the MOAB 10, Simply because I need the extra space. I'd like to know more about your husband's medical bag.. brand, contents. Maybe another video is in order for his bags..??
I am a woman and use this as my purse. I LOVE the organization of this bag, but I HATE the strap. I feel like 5.11 should do a version with a messenger style strap and market this as a travel bag. I don’t mind that it’s tactical looking; I like the durable material (I live in Wyoming-we have 7 months of winter). Overall great bag, but it’s awkward on a woman’s body...which I guess it technically wasn’t made for. By the way, I am 5’11”...so it’s not about being too short. To me, however it makes good business sense to be able to market any product to a wider market. Help a girl out 5.11!
I have a coyote tan mobius 2.0 a multicam black trident 32 and a 6x9 rd red FTIM. All by. Vanquest lifetime warranty love this company I this everyone should check them out.
Hey Mark, if you fold everything super small and the shirt was a t-shirt (vs long button down or something more bulky), I think you could do it. There would maybe be enough room left over for a phone, small battery, small wallet and keys. Hope that helps!
Hey George, I think I am actually going to do a few more...pleasantly surprised at how many views and comments this video still gets. Thanks for watching!

You too have it on wrong. All of your complaints are just because you have it completely on wrong. Not being nasty. It’s just frustrating everyone has it on wrong. 😁
@@musataekwondoaustralia7715 yes, that is correct. Everyone thinks it's an ordinary sling bag and it never fits them that way. Put the comm pouch under your arm, the bag should lay sideways on your back, it fits perfect in the small of your back and does not sag
So true pull the other way. And the clip is within 5 or so inches. Also there is a keeper for extra shoulder strap you dont have to weave through the loops for the water bladder.
Put the other arm through so that the little pouch is up high so when you pivot around the front that little pouch you can get to it. It’s a simple thing
Hello! I always find it interesting how these videos make their way around the globe. This happens to be one of my most watched videos....which really surprised me. Hope 2020 is treating you well, so far.
I thought it was a entertaining and informative all be it the concern about special forces types out here watching the channel. I would bet there are far more of us than you may think? But this isn't what is going to make the difference in an SHTF Situation... Any one who tries to Bug Out with any kind of a pack is going to have to fight their way out of town to keep what they have from the marauders and gangs... So when they decide to "Bug Out" they better be ready for a running fire fight all the way to the city limits... So that cute little bag which i am proud to admit i have 2 of, should include a firearm and two extra mags...
Joe Watson - Thanks for your thoughtful comments. I like your way of thinking and I agree! There are a lot more of you out there, indeed. This is one of my more popular videos...I might do some more.
Sweetheart, the bag is for tactical assault🤣its intended for combat not for gala nor runway fashion spree...need a phone pouch??get one ,drop the tactical bag thats it
Yea... No it was absolutely not designed for assault at all. Assault packs are designed for assault. No one is going into combat with an 11L sling bag. Even covert operations you wouldn't be very stealthy. This is made to be worn out of action in the street by off duty soldier or regular civilians maybe on duty police but law enforcement but that would be stretching it. If you want a pack designed for assault go for the Rush 24 or 72 at the very least. This is quite adequate in the hands of this woman actually. It seams to fit her needs and is a much better purse than those awful monstrous leather bags with two little handles supposed to be carried on your arm and that destroy your back.
Thanks to urban moms for honest reviews and valid product remarks. One of the few reviews that contains rational grain. Thank you!

There is a phone/sunglass pocket on top of bag by the grabhandle. Iin front of the slingstrap, horozontal zipper, works awesome.
Great review. So wonderful to see this gear reviewed by a lady. You didn't mention where you keep your AR-15 mags.
A good review. Your perspective showed me some issues I would never have considered otherwise. Thank You!
This is a great review, very practical and insightful

A minute thirty in and this is the best overview of this bag yet. She’s funny!
Finally! Somebody that appreciates my humor (that isn't my mother)....

That's Mollie or aka pals webbing made from heavy duty nylon.
Gonex on amazon makes a really nice water bottle holder. I have two on my moab 6 bag and they have draw string closures. They’re about $12.
Thanks for the tip! I'll check it out.
Very thorough review. I wanted to love this bag but you pointed out a lot of red flags for me. Thank you.
All is good. Thanks. I want one. How much?

Hi, can the Moab 6 possibly a light foldable jacket, extra briefs and a shirt in the main compartment?

Nice review. It's good to have a woman's take on this bag.
Thanks much! Glad you liked it.
I think that's quite literally one of the most practical purse you could have bought :D
Function over form ;)
Good video I hope you do more of them.

Apple pie lattice comparison had me smiling
great review! Does your husband have a channel by chance?
Awesome and I agree with your husband if you’re not ready with quikclot someone might bleed out during open heart.
Right?!
What type of pouch is that inside the bag? (the one with the medic patch)
Surprisingly, it does not have a label. Husby thinks he got it on Amazon though. I'll see if he can find the link and send it to you if he does.

You're wearing it wrong
Great review Sonia. Go head girl!
Thanks for you nice comment!
If you shorten the strap the shoulder pad will sit properly. The bag should be riding higher between the shoulder blades. Thanks for the review :)
Thanks for the tip!
Great review!!! Tks🇺🇸

What is the proper way to carry it?
I think with the comms pouch should go under your arm. I find it fits better. Each to their own.

Excellent reviews right on the money gurl!!😃👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thanks! Double thumbs up to you, too, fellow Pinoy.
The Video❤️. I think that shoulder strap pad is a hip strap pad.
Hi Darin C! never thought of that, it definitely could be. Thanks for watching!

So it's built to fit a woman!
Great video. A bag half that size with just a shoulder strap would work nice.
+byingly - I think so! I agree that something half that size would make a nice addition to their line up. Thanks for watching and commenting!
The name 5.11 is nothing to do with someone’s height!
