My physics teacher taught us 0,2,7,28 method to recall...
I failed to follow it consistently but many of my friends follwed it and succeeded... And it is super productive and a successful method...
O - recalling on the same day of class or lectures
2- 2nd day of lectures or class
7 - on the same day in the following week
28- on the 28th day after the lectures or class.
