I love to get the light, and some camera options and with some other configurations nearby anything with the Action Button. But the mist helpful things to me are light and camera - light cause its really often helpful if you really just have to press one button and kamera cause i often wear gloves (biking and skiing)
The video taken using this method is not showing in photos or anywhere. After taking video we get two options retake and use video. Retake means it will discard the taken video and will start taking new video, the second option use video closes the camera screen, where can we get the shot video?
How do I hide the shortcut notification thing? So when I hold my phone in portrait mode it will mute without showing the shortcut notification, only the silent one

You have to find some sort of shortcut for it or look up online if anyone has been able to. I am not the greatest with Shortcuts so I am not the best to ask.
At the time of making apple id in ipad Which is more safe and better? Like ..Making apple id with phone number?? Or making apple id with email.. ?? Is it possible to change apple id from phone number to email and vice versa??
Thanks for posting this. Although the Action button can be used for only "mute", it's very handy to have the default options available, and as you post, these other customized options as well. Gives much more utility to the phone via this Action button. Thanks!

It doesn't work for me. I made the list with 3 different orientations (EXACTLY as in your video) but when i press and hold the button it just mutes it. That's all. I went back to shortcuts, reclicked the action (it's the only one) and still doesn't seem to work. Anyone else is stuck in the same step?
@@DHTV oh yikes, I set the camera up to take photo from the list and it lets me access it and takes the photo (s) but when I go into Photos those pictures aren’t there. 😱 I’ve tried it out several times. Strange
@@DHTV they really are excellent. I’ve only recently got iPhone 15 pro so have learnt a lot already from your videos. I was considering getting the Apple Watch and your beginners guide convinced me to get one 👍
Its more work in action button i guess...because according to time, work, situation your way of using phone changes in 3 to 4 years if you have the phone...means each time u want new apps or things to add u have to keep changing it and thats the extra work...I think apple gave a button to play littlebit extra on Iphone thats it...otherwise there was never a complication to use it before....in years i guess
They need to add native support for separate actions on single click, double click, and hold click.

It’s crazy how bad their design is. This is basic, sensible UX, not rocket science
I was able to do that on my S10 5 years ago.
I miss that on my 15pro.

You can't as far as I know but you can select an icon to show. I showed how to change the icons in the video.
If I wanted to create multiple timers for gym rest, can you group a 1 minute timer and a 2 minute timer under one prompt “timers” ?

You would have to try and see if there is a shortcut for that. Or if you can set one up. I don't know if there is one as I don't have or use Spotify.
