I remember back in early 2015, when you published your original "Get Lucky"video, I had just been kicked out from the band where I was simply a 'hired gun vocalist'. After having watched your video I decided I wanted to become valued not only as a vocalist but as a guitarist as well. Back around that time, I only used open chords and just a few barre ones. Fast forward two years later, I've been finally getting to play note-based riffs like you do - though obviously not at your skill level - (I've been playing guitar since 2009 when I was 14, and it did not occur to me that that note-based riffs could be sprung from barre chords until a few months ago. Seven and a half-years to realize that). And thanks to that "existential revelation" I am more comfortable playing a chord progression on barre chords (Let's say on frets after the 4th or 5th) rather than with open ones (I sometimes do use open ones when writing down new songs for the sake of reference, though). Listening you play all these riffs inspires me to keep improving my guitar skills.
I think the problem is that the majority of electric guitar players are self taught. Progress for most of them would be much quicker, if they had a classic education on guitar. Learning to read tabs, learning to read notes, correct fingering, playing scales, plus all the useful tips you get from a teacher.
I would pay to see you perform this. I have been a queen fan for 35 years and I have never ever seen anything so well thought out. Bravo my friend . From Liverpool UK
Queen influenced SO many artists, especially heavy metal guitarists. I remember seeing interviews with Metallica and such who said as much. Early Queen was up there, with bands like UFO and then they developed into their signature style in the late 70's and through the 80's that so many would come to know them for. LOVE this video and I jumped right to 1980 and 86 to hear you play Flash and Highlander tunes... and as always, you nailed it!
It's amazing to see Queen change over the years from Keep Yourself Alive to No One But You (not used in this but still). They started off like any other rock band of their time and by the end of it had become the greatest rock band in history.
Truly exceptional video, massive respect for you. This gave me so many chills, honestly one of the best videos I have ever watched. Only wish you could have done "Spread your wings"

@3C09 FU WING SHING 2021 again
Watching all this in a single video you can realize how great is Brian with the guitar ... really a MAESTRO. you rock too man!
Brian May: regalale una Red special a este chico.
I'm not certain if Brian May can read in Spanish, but André Antunes surely deserves such gift.
Mejor a mi😂😂
@@frankstrawnation Brian speak spanish. He lived for a while on the island of La Palma, Spain.
Brian May: hiba a tocar esta Red Special pero este chico se la merece más xd
Al fin hispanos
Is it me or you look like a fusion on Bri, Rog, and Deacy?😂
I would pay to see you perform this. I have been a queen fan for 35 years and I have never ever seen anything so well thought out. Bravo my friend . From Liverpool UK
I had the opportunity to see Andre live in a music club in Nazaré, Portugal (his home country). I was absolutely speechless. Achim from Zurich 👍
8:42 goosebumps
I applauded unexpectedly after watching it.
Simply fantastic...bravo!! As a old fan of the early years of Queen, I must tell you...what you did here is totaly insane, bro.
Love from France ❤
I love how both guitar & Freddie sing on Scandal
Thanks for reminding me what a melodic genius Brian is.
Wow!! That was just amazing! Been a huge Queen nut all my life, and you absolutely nailed them all.
Overdoing it a bit. He has talent. His emotions need work. Patience is a virtue in music, as well as in life.
As a lifelong Queen & BM fan, I've got to say that was brilliant!
This really makes you appreciate the genius that is Dr. May. You did a fantastic job!
I love how you didn't just do the hits! An amazing mix of songs, really well put together. Great video man!
Well it’s getting a bit old now forgetting all the songs Queen wrote they aren’t just the greatest hits album
When you let a guitar speak how beautiful music was in those days
7:31 so glad u included dragon attack its so underrated !!
Kyoko for the win
Just saying Hot Space, The Miracle and The Works are underrated
Made In Heaven too
Only hot space and the miracle
Honestly Brian May is just a genius
Queen influenced SO many artists, especially heavy metal guitarists. I remember seeing interviews with Metallica and such who said as much. Early Queen was up there, with bands like UFO and then they developed into their signature style in the late 70's and through the 80's that so many would come to know them for. LOVE this video and I jumped right to 1980 and 86 to hear you play Flash and Highlander tunes... and as always, you nailed it!
The only reason for the thumbs down is pure jealousy...perfectly executed an thought out a credit to Queen ...well done young man 👍👍👍
Se puede ver la evolución del sonido Queen perfectamente, es sencillamente GENIAL.
Queen is my ultimate favorite band! Thank you for this! You're awesome
Genuinely one of the most impressive things I've ever seen. An amazing feat of skill and passion.
13:33 I always thought it was a keyboard... geez... I love this version even more than I already loved
Brian may is and always a class musician. Not a shredder..each solo is constructed for every song. He's genial.
amazing job! freddie the best voice in the world...

It's amazing to see Queen change over the years from Keep Yourself Alive to No One But You (not used in this but still). They started off like any other rock band of their time and by the end of it had become the greatest rock band in history.
From a HUGE Queen fan, and a guitar (quasi)snob, outstanding job!! Well done Sir!
i guess “i’m in love with my car” just wasn’t strong enough...
what do you mean "not strong enough"? =/
So we'll have to wait a long time again until Roger decide to came out of the closet? Yes? dang it
NOT THE COFFEE MACHINE!!!!!!!!!
and yet he played the song with the line, "you think I'm sweet, like some kind of cheese" guess it was strong enough
Roger: *angry cupboard sounds*
Oh!......tht clean sound on" cool cat 1982" stood out like a beautiful girl tht stands out from the rest of the beauties
Yes , absolutely yes
Hey Fred, what u doing back from heaven?
Truly exceptional video, massive respect for you. This gave me so many chills, honestly one of the best videos I have ever watched. Only wish you could have done "Spread your wings"
His guitar includes all the aspects of life... joy, pleasure, regret, memories, sadness, bitterness... it is so amazing.
It's still a great video, after seven years. I watch it again and listen to it again. A great musician, with great songs!
Maan, i love Lazing on a Sunday afternoon
