You only need 3 ingredients:
- Milk cream 33% 250 gr.
- Condensed milk 150 g.
+ Vanillin 1 optional.
Cooking order:
1. Beat 250 gr. chilled milk cream.
2. Add 150 gr. cold condensed milk and stir.
3. Cover with foil and send to the freezer for 3-5 hours.
That's it, it's that simple, the ice cream is ready!

BONUS INFO:
-Before whipping the cream and the dishes in which they will be whipped, place in the freezer for 5-7 minutes.
-Plastic utensils are best suited for whipping.
