My daughter moved up there to go to Humboldt University about a year and a half ago. I’m thinking of moving to this area. It’s so beautiful. I love this video. You look like you’re enjoying what I love just nature and the beauty of a little slower environment thank you for a beautiful video.
My wife and I are enjoying your videos after discovering you last week. I have one correction though. Punta Gorda Lighthouse is not down the coast in the Sinkyone. Instead it is just south of the mouth of the Mattole River in the Kings Range Wilderness.
:) I misspeak here and there... the Bear Harbor is south of Sinkyone, it's been on my mind to do a video on it, on my list... we've hiked the Punta Gorda lighthouse a couple times the past two weeks. We're working on a new series about each of Humbolt's historic lighthouses... coming soon... :) The Windy Pt. access road is now closed until April. It's hiking back up that's quite the trek. We did the coastline hike from the Mouth of the Mattole. It's longer but a better bargain at the moment. The elephant seals are still out in front the lighthouse, pretty cool... thank you so much for watching... Dock
