Is there a ready-to-assemble kit available for purchase that includes a 50mm jet engine, a driver (control logic), and a battery, all housed in a casing?
How many minutes would the 50 mm run for at medium speed? And at max speed with the type of battery you're holding in the video. I think many of us watching this video would like to know this.
I absolutely *love* this channel!! Ever since I bought a Kica Jetfan 2, I have been: 1. -Obsessed with these electric turbines 2. -Freaking disappointed that I bought a damn Kica Jetfan 2 🤣 I’ve got a GenX 40mm on the way now. I’d love to modify my Kica Jetfan 2 to have much more power 🤙
These are so cool that I bought 3 of them and made a couple videos where I made a 3D printed housing for them!! So you’re the one who make these!? Very impressive! These are using a programmable ESC right? I tried searching for the specific ones I got with the ESC + Fan combo I got but all I could find were similar ESCs that were all programmable, if so that makes it even cooler! Very impressive that you guys unwound the motors and modified them like this!
How can you make a fan have such power? Manufacturers like delta do have strong fans, but not that strong. Do you stack multiple fans on top of eachother and make them rotate in opposite directions?
These fans as far as I could find usually require very high voltages, but it seems they have modified the actual motor windings (inrunner BLDC) and from what I can tell used a programmable ESC to work with it. Quite impressive. I got like 3 of these because I was so impressed and made a couple videos on them where I made a 3D printed housing for it. :)
Hello I'm interested in buying a couple of these fans... Id like to know if these can be running for extended periods... lets say 1 or 2 hours continuously??
I have a few of the 32mm fans and they are so loud I’d recommend using ear plugs when using them at full speed. Great product and apparently they’re custom modified too so it’s even cooler!
Is it a factory? Do you mass produce? I am interested in 50mm. I would like to know the unit price when purchasing more than 1000 units. The wire doesn't seem to have any connection processing. Is there a 50mm one with a 3-pin connector?
@@twcai8232wow so you are the ones that make them!! May I say you’ve done a very impressive job with the modification of the motor! I love seeing unique stuff like this! I wish you the best :)
The motor I use is the original...not modified...I have tried the 2s battery but the fan is too slow...I have tried the esc you use...but it is too slow....
@@paihih7158use a 5A motor instead. And USE 3S battery. It depends what is the requirement of the motor you use. For example. If you have. 3.5A 9v-12v culvert motor, then 3S battery of minimum capacity 5Amh lithium ion battery in series to run it for like 2 hour. If you use 5A then same with same specifications you can run it for like 1.5 hour, give or take. You need a ESC of minimum 20A for the safety of the motor and the internal circuits.
It seems that they’ve custom modified these motors to be able to run using a lower voltage ESC by modifying the windings and pairing it with the appropriate ESC, They are a bit expensive but given that it’s a custom job I think they deserve it! They’ve done a fantastic job with the modification so in my opinion it’s worth it :)
yes, 50mm costs 50 bucks and produces 75 m/s and 450 cubic meters per minute. The question is, why do you need a motor of such power and such a small size? when there are large leaf blowers, they are much more powerful and the cheapest of them are wired, they cost the same but much more powerful, probably the price is due to the specificity. not everyone needs such small and powerful fans. I honestly don't know why, because it will get very hot.. where would you use it if it cost 25 bucks? damn, a ready-made blower assembly, with a case, battery, turbine, control board, and TD costs 35 bucks, while it produces 150-200 g of pressure, and this is already with a nozzle, a 50 mm motor in a 50 mm pipe produces 1.5 kilograms of pressure and 0.1 atmospheres, for this money it is reasonable
@@hibahprice6887 This stuff is for RC airplanes. Look up "50mm EDF jet." These are the smaller end of the hobby and thus the least powerful. The 50 mm fan in an appropriately sized plane would go maybe 100 mph. The most powerful electric jets would destroy a leaf blower as they can be made as large enough for human sized aircraft.

For the 40mm instead of a lipo can you use 4 Samsung 30q, 30t or 40t batteries?
Any video using it in an airplane?
