It's a toss up between Yair's ducking/backwards elbow and Anderson Silva's upwards cross-body elbow against Tony Fryklund in Cage Rage for most insane elbow finishers in MMA history.
Max definitely deserves the 1 spot! Up a weight class and counted out by everyone and he did what every fighter says they wish they could do, dominate for 24:59 then get the K.O.
@mmaonpoint Have you considered that the fights at the Apex would largely not happen otherwise? Because of logistics, there are only so many fights they can put on and this allows more fighters to fight in the UFC.
the craziest thing for me is that fighting is muscle memory, its pretty much your training at work. which means yair had to train that move and in the time of need, have the awareness to pull it off. that is actually crazy, considering its highly doubtful hes practicing that move that often.
